The Space:

Located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, Barefoot Bungalow offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and prime location just off Scenic 30A. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, explore local dining, or enjoy nearby attractions, this charming vacation home is the perfect getaway for families and friends.



First Level:



Inviting Living Area – Cozy seating, flat-screen TV, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Well-Equipped Kitchen – Everything you need for easy meal prep and group dining.

Private Balcony – Sip on a cool drink and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze.



Second Level:



Master Suite – King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bath for a relaxing retreat.

Queen Bedroom – Comfortable sleeping space with immediate bathroom access.



Third Level:



Second Master Suite – Another king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and private bath.

Bunk Room – Two twin beds with twin trundles, perfect for the kids after a fun-filled day.



Head over to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar or Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House located right down the road for fresh seafood.



Because we want you to enjoy your stay, we’ve added an OK2Charge EV charger. Before your stay, you will receive an activation email to register for the service or simply scan the QR code on the face of the charger when you arrive.



Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Perfect Beach House Getaway

This was a perfect house for friends and/or family and the neighborhood was so clean and quiet and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! Would definitely recommend!

Great Location!

The house was in a great location. You can walk to restaurants and the beach. The hot water heater broke the first day but the management company was very responsive and had it fixed quickly. Just a minor inconvenience. We liked that each bedroom had its own private bathroom too. The house was great for our group of 7. We really enjoyed our stay!

Compact space house and needs many improvements

To start with the positives, the house is close to beach. The house was in a clean condition when checked in. 4 & 1/2 number of bathrooms is a plus. There are multiple negatives with the property. It is a compact space house. Shocked to see the living room. Not more than 5 people can sit there. There is no ample space for kids to hangout. Out of the 4 & 1/2 bathroom, only 1 bathroom has lock working; rest all bathrooms locks are not working. Water in few bathtubs are draining slow. The back yard has not fencing. The sitting area in the back yard is dirty. Outdoor showers are open, it would have been better to have it close on 3 sides and 4th side with a curtain. Missing vacuum cleaner. I asked well advance on the possibility of an early check-in (1 hr before). We arrived at the property an hr early, and saw the property is ready. But still got access only 30 mins earlier. Overall our stay was just Ok.
