Enjoy your visit to a private horse ranch!

Rent a room with private bath at a private horse ranch. I'm offering a spacious 300 sq ft room that offers all the amenities one needs while visiting North San Diego County. The room has a large TV with many paid streaming services, a Kuerig coffee maker (with pods) along with a small fridge and microwave oven. During your stay, you'll be within 30 minutes of great hikes, beautiful beaches, wineries, Safari Park, and more. You will wake up to the smell of orange blossoms, you can stroll down to the barn to visit the horses and pot-bellied pigs or around the neighborhood. After breakfast, you can head out for an adventure or relax by the swimming pool and spa. There's also a 2-person sauna too! It's quiet yet close to downtown Oceanside or Temecula. Please be sure to read the details about the bathroom and the house to make sure this is the right place for you!

Great, quiet, peaceful., safe

Cynthia was very accommodating, polite, and friendly. The property is quiet and safe, and you can breathe nature. Stay away from noisy cities, and expect nothing to happen.

We Love Our Host!!!

Cynthia is amazing and so accommodating!!! Cool property beautiful views. We were too busy in town to use the pool but it was open to us. Loved seeing the bunnies running around the property and playing with the pets!!!! 😍😍😍😍

I would like to first say with a positive in hopes to qualify and legitimize how harsh my review will be. The property was beautiful, and I imagine we would have loved the view had we stayed; however, my wife and I felt unsafe and disgusted by the rest of this listing to the point where we did not feel comfortable staying, and got a hotel elsewhere. The owner has refused to issue me a refund. First off—the listing of this stay is not accurate. The bathroom is not private. We would have to walk through a private residence to access the restroom. The listing says it’s private. Secondly—we weren’t given a key. How can we secure our personal items? We felt unsafe. VRBO agreed when I filed the grievance. Third—this place was disgusting. Stained carpets, the bathroom not up to standard, and a vile stench of wet dog and grime throughout the unit. Fourth—the woman who owns the property gave me a phone number that was disconnected. I was able to contact her property manager, but her manager was unhelpful with my concerns, and refused to give me the owners real number. In addition the gate code she sent me also did not work. Neither of these things eased our sense of feeling We do not suggest doing business with this listing anymore. Furthermore we are frustrated to the point we will be exploring litigious options to get our money back.

Cynthia has a beautiful horse ranch up in the upper country of Fallbrook/Bonsall area; this is a guest apartment in the lower level of her home. All was comfortable although the bathroom was located upstairs and into her living area and through a dog gate. Otherwise the bed was comfortable, mircrowave, fridge, closet area all good. I love dogs so I didn't have any problem with her dogs and her horses are gorgeous. It is all gated so we felt secure. Thank you, Cynthia, lovely.

My daughter and I enjoyed the views, animals, privacy of the room. It was a bit difficult to find the location and took a few tries, especially at night with low visibility/security gate, other than that the host was very friendly and helpful.
