The detached holiday home. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Lovran, district Oprič. The holiday home is located on a 1300 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 extra bed on couch/sofa and access to the terrace. Kitchen with dining area (6 seats), electric stove (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, bidet and window.
