Our charming condo by the lake will feel like your home away from home, making you want to come back time and time again. So bring your family or your friends, and come to experience the wonderful place we call home.

It's right by Table Rock Lake in Holiday Island. There is free wifi and smart a TV available, a grill and outdoor seating, and cozy furniture. Come enjoy the marina and world-class golf courses! It's 15 min to Eureka Springs, 33 min to Turpentine Wildlife Rescue, 35 min to Dogwood Canyon, and 1 hr Silver Dollar City.
No trailers allowed, NOT to be parked as per covenants/restrictions of Holiday Island.

Found pill and needle casings

This is a pure honest review with no defamation. The host doesn’t want the details shared considering my review was deleted but I did not enjoy my stay and will leave it at that. I did not enjoy the communication with the host or the cleanliness of the condo.

Wonderful

Aspen is amazing. It’s been a reeeeally long time since we’ve had such a communicative and attentive host. The property was exactly as described — it is super cute with thoughtful touches. The area is lovely. We 100% recommend.

Eureka Springs First Timers

We chose this location because of its proximity to Eureka Springs, but also the offerings of the property. The neighborhood is super quiet and very clean. The lake is a short walk away and lovely. My family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. The property was very clean and accurate to the listing. It was spacious for 2 adults and 2 teens. No one was crowded which is always a plus! Things to note: 1. The water does have a lot of calcium in it, so if you have picky water drinkers - bring your own gallons. 2. The bridge to/from Eureka Springs side is under construction, so it is worth the drive around it to avoid it. (As of 10/20/24.) 3. If you stay here, take the short drive to Stateline BBQ because it was FANTASTIC! 4. If you have littles or little dogs, bring a gate to block the stairs. Bonus: There are ample pillows and blankets which was so nice!

Cute and clean!

We loved this place! Very clean and very nicely decorated! Make sure you turn the porch light on before you leave if it'll be dark out before you return, the steps are a little tricky in the dark! The french press was a nice touch, as was the included games and books! Definitely recommend!

Chill Hideaway

It was a fun and cheery little house! We had a great time! There is a pack and play provided which makes the night time a little safer for tiny tots upstairs because the railing is a little wide between rungs. Everything was convenient, the layout was nice and open, and we enjoyed the multiple porches for outdoors time at the house

Great location

It was the perfect location for me and my wife. The kitchen could use a few more items if you are planning on cooking but that seems to be the case with 80% of the rentals now. I would book it again.

Property was clean. However there was little to no Lakeview! Which is what we were really wanting. Maybe in the fall and winter when the leaves fall off the trees you can see the lake better.

Girls Weekend

The property was great. Very clean and spacious. We loved the deck area. The only I wasn't prepared for was the day of check-in the debited my account for and additional $150 for a deposit when I called and asked about I was told as long as there were no incidentals it would be refunded in 5-10 days that was definitely unexpected and would have been nice to know before hand.

Great vacation spot

Very nice place to get away! Made several trips into Eureka Springs and even spent a day in Branson. Very peaceful place. Loved seeing the deer and mountains. Nice outdoor area as well to chill in the evenings! Great Place!!

Birthday trip to Eureka Springs

This is an absolutely awesome place to stay If you're visiting Eureka Springs but don't want to be in the middle of a crowd all the time. Modern, nice living accommodations, we will be back to this one again.

Great stay with a wonderful view!

A group of college friends and I decided to take a trip between semesters and we loved our stay. We loved the openness of the house and it's balconies, it made it easy to hangout inbetween trips to the nearby towns. The kitchen had all the basics and utensils so we only needed to bring essential ingredients, and there was extra pillows, blankets and towels throughout the property which was very nice. Overall a wonderful stay with incredibly helpful hosts.

Cute little condo!

Very easy to check in and out! The place was so clean, beds were comfortable and the decor was so cute! This was a Birthdaycation for my 16 year old daughter. We will definitely be back! My daughter left her jacket and they offered to have it mailed back to us! That is what I call great customer service!
