MANGENIE, Contemporary Villa With Heated Swimming Pool, Valbonne

Our villa, completed in 2023, has been designed to allow you to spend an excellent holiday in the immediate vicinity of the charming Provencal village of Valbonne.

The location, first of all: the municipality of Valbonne enjoys a privileged location in the heart of the Golden Triangle of Nice, Cannes and Grasse where you can find the most beautiful golf courses, the most popular towns and seaside resorts; as well as the most beautiful villages of the French Riviera.
You can thus choose to relax in the garden by enjoying the swimming pool, to discover the picturesque villages of the region (Mougins, Saint Paul de Vence, Gourdon...), to enjoy a shopping trip in Cannes or Nice; or to enjoy the beaches and the sea with quick access to the entire coast, especially Juan-les-Pins, Antibes, Cannes or even Mandelieu and Théoule.
For lovers of Provencal markets, you will be spoilt for choice. In particular, you can walk to the Valbonne, which takes place every Friday morning.

Concerning the house:
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a flat screen TV (full channel+, Netflix and Amazon Prime).
