Just in time for Foliage season and the busy Ski season ahead, this first time rental is ready to call home for your next Stowe Vacation! Beautiful updates have been made throughout the home including a brand new kitchen, HW floors throughout, and a spacious new layout that accommodates any group. Spread over three levels of living you will enjoy large bedrooms with en-suite baths, two working fireplaces, front and rear decks, a fun kids bedroom with adjoining second living room. Guests will enjoy the sprawling Stonybrook property with over 100 acres of trails, two outdoor heated pools, multiple tennis courts, direct access to Stowe's famous Recreation path and conveniently located in the heart of Stowe just 5 miles to the Mountain parking lot and minutes from the Trapp Family Lodge, Alchemist, Stowe's Farmers Market and several great restaurants and shops! **Month Long Rentals available for January, February, and March - please message owner for Rates and Info)**

The home is wonderful. Big, warm, inviting - everything we could have needed and more! We loved the kitchen in particular - it was great to be able to watch football and cook with plenty of space to move around.

This Stowe rental is awesome. It is spacious with 6 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, loaded with thoughtful comforts- phone chargers! Located next to beautiful walking trails , our walks were memorable.

Great Summer Stay

We had a great stay at Stacey's property. The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our group -- comfy beds and couches and a roomy kitchen/dining/living room area. Our kids used the heated pool, and played pickleball with the equipment that was supplied. Location was great -- close to the village. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Spacious and clean

Our group of six adults enjoyed our stay very much. The hostess is very prompt to respond to questions. The process was very smooth. We had plenty of room and everything was very clean. Some extra perks -- we could access Netflix. Also, I had forgotten my iPhone cable to charge my phone but there were extra cables in a kitchen drawer! Finally, there is wine and liquor with the policy of take what you want, leave what you can. We brought our own wine, but it was a nice perk. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Fantastic Place, Location, and Host!

First the Condo is at least as good as described: clean, large, outdoor space, and the complex is beautiful, slightly secluded. Second the Location - walking distance to everything in Stowe. It's right on the walking/ biking path with several restaurants and the Alchemist right there. And 2.2 miles (short uphill bikeride) to Von Trappe (downhill home). And Third, Stacey was a perfect host - responded about planning details (e.g. it does have a grill), and helped us with internet once there). This place worked wonderfully for 5 adults (with plenty of space left over), would be great for family(s). We were very impressed.

Spacious Family Retreat with Modern Kitchen and Attentive Host

Spent a long weekend with our immediate family of five (with three kids), as well as grandparents. The house has plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The host was extremely responsive to my inquiries and even made local suggestions! The described recent renovations described in the kitchen are absolutely great, though note that the renovations didn’t carry throughout the entire house including some of the bathrooms, but the pictures are reasonably accurate. We would definitely stay here again if we had the same crew.

Perfect girls' weekend in Stowe!

We had a perfect stay in this incredible home! It had everything we need and ample space for all of us. The beds were comfy and the views of the forest from each window were so relaxing. 10/10 would recommend!

No refrigerator but I will be back!!

We travelled from Arizona and Texas for our daughters graduation from Norwich. This home was great. My family had lots of space to hang out and enjoy our time together. The home is beautiful and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable, games for the kids and loved sitting outside on the patio. The refrigerator didn’t work when we arrived. We contacted the owner and she immediately tried having it repaired and replaced but it just didn’t work out. My brother and husband ran out and purchased a couple ice chests to save our groceries and the 2 tenderloins we bought for graduation dinner. Thankfully there was a freezer downstairs to store ice. Although this beautiful cozy home had no refrigerator and we lived out of ice chests for three days, we had the best time with our family in this home celebrating our daughter. The owner communicated with us quickly and tried to have it replaced. She is taking care of us and giving us a reimbursement. These things happen and it was a huge inconvenience, but Stacy was so nice and communicated so quickly, she did her best to fix the situation and is taking care of us. Thank you Stacy! We loved your home and appreciate you!

Wonderful!

What a great property! My wife and our kids spent a long fall weekend with my brother and his family. Truly a perfect location and experience to bring the cousins together and reconnect in Stowe. The owner was responsive and the property was updated, clean, and welcoming. We loved it!

Spacious and updated town home

We had a great stay at the house. It was updated, spacious and had all of the amenities we needed. We had sheets and towels for the 9 adults staying at house. The house was very clean. The manager was very flexible when we requested a change in our stay. She was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic home base in Stowe!

Fantastic house - tons of room, great gathering area and kitchen, well equipped and clean. We made good use of tennis courts and pool which were about a 5-minute walk or very short drive, and not over-subscribed. And rec path (10 minute walk or very short drive to parking lot) plus all the great places and town center on Mountain Road. A few notes not apparent from listing, in case they are relevant for future renters: 1. There is even more sleeping space than you would expect, as I think the two connecting bunk rooms downstairs (which sleep 3 kids each) are counted as one bedroom because only the exterior one has windows; 2. For anyone with limited mobility, there is an entry-level master bedroom once you are in the unit, but there is the equivalent of a flight of exterior steps to get to the front door (not a complaint at all, just a heads-up as VRBO doesn't usually provide this info).

The Pagos family lives on the North Shore of Boston and recently purchased their Stowe escape this year.. My mother grew up in Stowe helping my grandparents run their motel on Mountain Road so may summers were spent enjoying Stowe's beauty. Watching Stowe transform into the vibrant destination it is today has been a joy for us and we knew it was the best location for our family to enjoy a second home. We are Real Estate Developers and Realtors by trade so managing this property from afar is an easy fit for us.

In searching long and hard throughout Stowe over the past year we realized we wanted a townhome community and Stonybrook checked all our boxes. Having vast experience in remodeling homes we were excited for the chance to bring this large 90's gem up to 2021 standards in both layout, design, and efficiencies.
