The first floor has an open kitchen, dinning room, living room with high ceilings and french doors out to the private patio. Large patio with table, comfortable seating area, and fenced-in pool is right off the back of the house, and receives full sun all day. First floor is completed with a large king sized room with dressing area, gas fire place, and tv. Upstairs four comfortable bedrooms await, giving your family or friends privacy. One bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a full bath with tub en suite. There are three remaining bedrooms and bathroom with shower on the second floor. Linens, towels (bath and beach), and beach chairs are all provided. Pack 'n play for infants also included.

Location: within walking distance to the Ack airport, <15m bike ride to town, and an 8m drive to either Nobadeer (drive-on) or Surfside beaches. The quaint village of Siasconset is also a quick 12m drive due-east. Bring your bikes and explore Nantucket's 30+ miles of bike paths! (or make a day trek to Cisco Brewery).
