In the heart of Pays Fort and a few kilometers from Sancerre, on the site of an old listed 17th Century mill Historic Monument, discover our large capacity gîte with swimming pool spread over two houses: the Mill and its annex.

A heated swimming pool is at your disposal from April to September.

The Mill , constituting the main house, with a surface area of 250 m² is an atypical accommodation restored respecting the original monument, and includes:

On the ground floor :
A large kitchen-dining room, a living room with billiards, 1 bedroom with bed 160 cm, 1 shower room/wc

Upstairs :

A mezzanine with 1 140 bed and 1 convertible 140,
1 bedroom with 3 single beds,
2 bedrooms with 160 cm beds (one accessible from upstairs or outside),
1 bathroom/wc

The Annex , with a surface area of approximately 40 m², understand :

a living room with equipped kitchen,
1bedroom with 1 double bed 160
1 small room with a bunk bed
and a convertible sofa for 2 people.

The price includes the rental of the Mill and its annex, beds made on arrival and the heating.
End of stay cleaning is charged at €200.

Great stay in Gite de Berry

We had a great stay in the Gite, the house is large, suitable for large groups, extended families. it is a very charming house from the 17th century with a very nice atmosphere. Very clean, nice that the beds were made up when we arrived. The heated swimming pool is fantastic. The location is remote, therefore nice and quiet. But the nearest supermarket is 17 km away.

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans un endroit idéal. L'accueil par le propriétaire était parfait. Un monsieur charmant qui a pris le temps de me faire visiter les lieux et de tout m'expliquer. Nous avions 2 bouteilles de Sancerre, posées sur la table, en cadeau de bienvenue. Le moulin est magnifique et magique. Extrêmement bien équipé, il ne manque rien, intérieur comme extérieur ! La literie est très bonne. Tout était très propre à notre arrivée. La piscine chauffée nous a permis de profiter des rayons de soleil. Merci à M. Daniel le propriétaire. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit. Petit bémol sur Abritel qui donne très peu d'informations sur l'organisation.

des retrouvailles familiales dans un lieu fait pour cela ! beauté du site, tranquillité, gentillesse de l'hôte ... tout était réuni pour faire de ce we un très beau souvenir le gîte est magnifique, très bien équipé et la piscine a été appréciée aussi A refaire ! merci

Séjour Familial à la campagne

Nous avons fêté Noël 2023 en famille. L'accueil par le propriétaire était parfait avec des attentions toutes particulières. Le gîte est bien décoré, spacieux avec un plus pour la présence du billard. Le cadre du moulin est très typique avec l'eau qui traverse le site. Petit bémol sur les niveaux décalés des différentes pièces et la faible hauteur sous plafond de la cuisine.
