Lakefront, fishing, row boat, paddle boat, floating dock and slide, bring kayaks enjoy and relax. Three bedrooms one bathroom, plenty of space, and things to do. Fire pit right out the back door. Great WiFi for you work from home individually trying to get in a couple of days away from your home office. Extra monitor, mouse, and keyboard available bring your our cords and/or docking station. Flat top grill and charcoal grill available - you must clean. I try to supply condiments and spices so you don't have to bring those things with you. Minutes from Harrison, close to many ORV/snowmobile trails. Golf course within 1 mile. Dogs are welcome upon approval; just like to review things before renting. Dog run right next to the house for easy exercise and potty breaks. The lakefront next to the dock is clear water and pretty sand for swimming. Lots of fish. This is a no-wake lake, the boat launch is within walking distance. Parking for four cars, maybe a trailer or two as well. I have removed the cleaning fee's I think it is confusing at check out. There is a pet fee, please add when booking. Please message me with questions.

Perfect Hang-out

Plenty of space for my young adult son and his friends to reunite and relax. We took advantage of the board games and the video games. I've never been in such a well equipped kitchen. I found everything we needed for preparing our simple meals. It was comfortable, clean and inviting. Check in was easy and the check out instructions were very reasonable. Basically, "take out the trash and strip the beds." (Of course we cleaned up after ourselves but some locations charge a cleaning fee then ask you to clean the place and do their laundry!) We had a great weekend!

A+++ vacation spot

We've stayed here multiple times, it's always a great retreat on a quiet lake. There's plenty to do, the property is clean, and the house is large enough to accommodate 8 adults.

Amazing stay....

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Rachel's beautiful VRBO home, The Blue Gill Cottage off Bluegill Lake in Harrison, Michigan, and it was by far one of the best VRBO properties we’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home with all the thoughtful amenities and comforts. The cottage was immaculate, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the arcade classic NBA Jam, which brought back so many great memories. Playing it with our nephew was a blast, and it added an extra layer of fun to our stay. We also had a great time fishing together, and he was thrilled to catch both bluegill and catfish right there on the lake. The location made it the perfect spot for both relaxation and making lasting memories with family. Rachel has truly thought of everything to ensure her guests have a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy another stay at this amazing cottage!

Cottage getaway

Great little cottage getaway with lots to do! So many games and water toys. The boats were so fun to take out for rides. Beautiful lake and peaceful too.

Clean & Comfortable

We attended a wedding nearby and took the opportunity to make a vacation out of it and stayed 5 nights. The location is quiet and close enough to town to pick up odds and ends. The house was clean and very comfortable. We all slept wonderfully on the comfortable beds and appreciated that each room had a fan. It unfortunately rained most of the time we were there but we made the most of it and enjoyed the playing cards, games, and tv with streaming apps. We did have to buy more toilet paper and paper towel as one 4-pack of single rolls and one roll of paper towel are provided. Not a big deal, but something to plan for if you are staying longer than a weekend with multiple people. The host was quick to respond and kindly checked in when we experienced an area wide power outage to offer updates from the power company. All in all, it’s a cozy place to stay rain or shine.

Perfect slice of Heaven

This location is perfect! We had little kids and adults, and everyone found some thing to do. The children were ecstatic, catching fish off the end of the dock, and I couldn’t keep the other ones out of the paddle boat or off the slide. The accommodations were outstanding. They have a washer and dryer on site, and every room was comfortable and clean. There was an issue the first night with the television not working properly, and the host was willing to replace it immediately. The host was available for any questions or concerns we had, and took care of problems by going above and beyond what was needed, I don’t want to tell too many people about this place because I want it for myself, but it would be unfair to the host not to share what a absolute gem this property is. It’s clean it has a perfect location. Everybody slept comfortably and I highly recommend this property.
