Gated entry, super well maintained grounds, tennis courts, pool and spa, exercise room, clubhouse, secure underground garage, near Crocker Art Gallery, Old Sacramento, Golden 1 Center and State Capitol. Remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms in 2021.

I bought and remodeled this property so that when my husband and I have had enough of taking care of our home in the suburbs, we can look forward to convenient, more compact downtown living, in a safe, friendly condo community. We'll take walks along the river, dine at lively Old Town eateries, and attend events at the Golden One Center. In the meantime, short term visitors will appreciate these very same advantages!
