Join Aurélie and Julien at Camping Les Chênes for a sunny getaway in the Gard. Our campsite, nestled in greenery, offers the perfect setting for relaxation. Just a stone's throw from Sommières, close to the Sommiérois and Vaunage greenways, our site is ideal for exploring the towns of Nîmes and Montpellier, as well as the beaches of Le Grau du Roi and La Grande Motte. It's also not far from the Cévennes mountains nature park.

Our campsite is equipped for your comfort and entertainment. Enjoy a launderette with 2 washing machines (10kg) with laundry included, extensive Wi-Fi access, and a friendly snack bar. Our grocery shop offers local and everyday products. 

You can also order bread and pastries the day before and collect them the next day from 8am.

For activities, play table tennis or table football, or relax at the bowling green. Children will love our play area, bouncy castle and swimming pool. In summer, take part in our varied activities (pétanque competitions, night-time swimming, musical evenings, karaoke, regional meals, etc.).

Ideally situated between Nîmes and Montpellier, our campsite is the perfect base from which to discover the Gard. Visit the picturesque village of Junas with its extraordinary quarry shaped by time, a venue for fantastic jazz concerts, as well as the medieval town of Sommières with its Roman bridge on the banks of the Vidourle. Explore the cultural wealth of the region, from the Camargue to the Cévennes.

It's easy to reach us at Camping Les Chênes, located in the peaceful village of Junas. Accessible from the main roads and motorways, follow the signs for Sommières and then head for Junas.

For motorhomes and caravans, take the route through the villages of Gallargues-le-Montueux and Aubais.

Clear signs will guide you to our warm welcome.
