Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 40 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea and mountain views, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers and is located in Lumio. Located on the top floor (with lift and direct access from outside), it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a large terrace, we're waiting for you !

The apartment comprises
- A 21 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.
- Air-conditioned bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside :
- A 17m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities :
- The beach and marina are about 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.
- Visit Calvi, Ile Rousse, Saint Florent, the musical village of Pigna...
- Boat rental, diving, fishing, walks, mountain hiking, visits to typical villages, Bonifatu forest...
- Events : Calvi on the rocks (late June/early July), Corsican polyphonic singing in Calvi and Pigna...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking lots near the residence.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Calvi, about 20 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport : Calvi-Sainte Catherine, about 18 minutes by car.
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- A cellar is available for storing suitcases, diving equipment, etc.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.

Amandula "Hormis des travaux en bas de la résidence lors de notre séjour, un peu bruyant certains matins, tout s'est bien passé. Petites plages sympa a proximité, commerces a proximité et résidence neuve, appartement récent meublé et décoré avec goût. Pas de wifi, il faut le savoir. Rizlaine qui s'occupait de notre installation et sortie de séjour était très agréable, joignable, réactive et arrangeante sur les heures d arrivée et de sortie. Merci à elle. Globalement nous avons passé un agréable séjour, dommage que le beau temps n était pas tout le temps au rendez vous mais ça, l'appartement n'y pouvait rien ??"

An dem Appartement gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Neubau, Ausstattung in sehr guter Qualität. Alles bestens. Meine Hauptkritik zielt darauf, dass wir das Appertement fast nicht hätten buchen/bezahlen können, weil der Bezahlvorgang im Web nicht funktionierte. Erst als ich in letzter Verzweiflung auf die französische Sprachversion umstellte, hat es funktioniert. Peinlich und geschäftschädigend ist das heutzutage!

Appartement Sant ambroggio

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement durant une semaine. Il est parfaitement situé dans la marina. Propre et fonctionnel, petit plus pour la terrasse qui donne sur la mer. Le seul point négatif est qu’il manque quelques équipements type lave vaisselle et porte manteau (mais c’est un appartement tout neuf) Je recommande sans hésiter !

C’è stato solo qualche problema iniziale sulla gestione del check in in merito agli orari di arrivo presso la struttura. Poi risolto. Ritengo possa ritenersi una problematica occasionale."
