Lovely little mid-century modern apartment building in downtown Phoenix! The pool was fantastic, and it all makes you feel like you're in a Wes Anderson movie.The unit itself is nice and opens right onto the pool.Also great access to everything in downtown Phoenix!

Great little spot

This was the perfect spot for my wife and I on a quick trip to AZ for a wedding. The property was clean and easy to find. The location was just a short walk from some great cafes, bars and restaurants. The pool was very nice to relax at. The property owner had great communication and was easy to talk to. For the price its hard to beat! Would stay here again for sure. Thanks Vince! PS - for the girls, my wife says bring your own shampoo and conditioner as 3-in-1 shampoo was all that was available.

Overall the place was nice. Kitchen did not have any hot pads, had to use a tea towel to remove pan(s) from stove/oven. A shelf in the shower would've been nice as there is no space for toiletries on the rim of the tub. Only place to hang towels was above the toilet on the opposite side from the shower - need to put a hook on the wall next to shower to hang towel for when get out. Only 2 towels were provided for 2 adults staying for 6 nights - had to wash them (thankful there was a washer/dryer in the unit). Murphy bed was ok but too low to the ground - hard for older people or people with back problems to get in and out of. Why not just have a regular queen size bed? Only 1 cornhole board and no bags (it was too hot to play, but couldn't if wanted to). Off-street parking was somewhat of an issue, not ideal for arriving and departing with luggage. We were in Phoenix for our granddaughter's VB tournament and wanted to spend some time with our grandson outside of the tournament but were not allowed to bring him to the unit as our reservation was only for 2 adults - plan accordingly.
