Lake Ontario Beach House Getaway- House #1

Welcome to Littlefield Lake House! This is one of two houses on the same property (the house closer to the beach) with direct private beach access to beautiful Lake Ontario. The sandy beach is perfect for lounging, building sand castles, and sunset strolls. This house can be rented on its' own or in conjunction with the other house (see other listings on my profile). This is a great place for family getaways or vacationing with friends!

Nightly rates are increased for less than one week bookings and vary, please message for details on pricing. We provide discounted rates for bookings greater than 1.5 weeks.

The house has central AC and heating.

Smart TV's located throughout the house- one 55" in the main area, one 32" in bedroom, and another 40" smart TV located in master bedroom.

Pack n’ play (collapsible crib) located in the master bedroom if needed.

There are 2 ocean kayaks and flotation devices available for use at the property as well as a hot tub.

There is a grill available for use on the deck. We do keep a propane tank at the property for the grill, but the tank levels are not monitored or maintained. If they run out, you may exchange the tanks at a nearby store.

The water is treated and safe to drink, however, we also have a 5-gallon water dispenser in the kitchen if you prefer purified water and want to bring your own 5-gallon jug of water. We do not supply the 5-gallon water jugs, but do provide the dispenser.

Please take time to review the House Rules upon booking. This property belongs to an HOA and we will not be able to rent the property unless the rules are abided by ALL guests. The house rules are also posted at the property and available in the Welcome Binder.
