The detached holiday home, built in 1995, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, bushes, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. On the neighbouring plot, there are 3 identical holiday objects BAL FEN 030 (3 persons). The object is under renovation, new photos expected by the end of March 2019. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.
