Welcome to the "Turquoise" studio of the Mont Vernon residence!
This spacious upstairs studio offers you all the necessary comfort for a pleasant vacation under the Caribbean sun. Located a few steps from Orient Baie beach and close to shops, you will be ideally placed to enjoy local attractions.
The studio includes an entrance with an equipped and furnished kitchen, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. You will also have a bathroom with WC, as well as a sleeping area with a king-size bed (200x200) and a dressing room. The living room is bright and welcoming, offering an ideal space for relaxation.
For your comfort, the studio is equipped with a fiber optic Internet connection, a smart TV, a washing machine and air conditioning. You can also take advantage of the huge shared swimming pool with 3 pools of the residence (open all year from 8am to 6pm), located opposite the beach, to cool off and relax.
You also have access to the non-nominative car park of the residence to park your rental vehicle.
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with small welcome touches to start your stay in the best possible way.
Cleaning and linen are included in the stay.
Additional cleaning on request can be scheduled at an additional cost as well as the rental of cots
We would like to point out that you are arriving on a small island where the infrastructure may differ from that of a mainland. The water and electricity distribution networks can sometimes malfunction, but the distribution companies make every effort to quickly restore any cuts. Please note that the water distributed comes from a desalination plant which requires electricity to operate, and we accept no responsibility for any service interruptions.
