Located in the secure residence of Mont Vernon, close to the shops, this spacious studio offers you a comfortable and pleasant stay. You will have direct access to the shared swimming pool of the residence (open all year from 8am to 6pm) as well as to the magnificent beach of Orient Baie.

The studio includes an entrance with an equipped and fitted kitchen, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, and you will have a sleeping area with a king size bed (200x200) and a dressing room to store your belongings. The living room is bright and offers a space to relax, with a comfortable sofa bed (140x190) to accommodate additional guests. You can take advantage of the spacious covered terrace to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

For your comfort, the studio is equipped with a washing machine, fiber optic internet connection, television and air conditioning to cool you down on hot days. You will have everything you need for a dream vacation in the Caribbean.
You also have access to the non-nominative car park of the residence to park your rental vehicle.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with small welcome touches to make your stay even more special.

Cleaning and linen are included in the stay.
Additional cleaning on request can be scheduled at an additional cost as well as the rental of cots

Please note that Saint-Martin is a small island and the infrastructure may be different from that of a mainland. It is possible that the water and electricity distribution networks sometimes experience malfunctions. However, the distribution companies are doing everything possible to quickly restore any cuts. It is important to note that the water distributed comes from a desalination plant which requires electricity to operate. We cannot be held responsible for any such inconvenience.
