This charming 60 m² flat in La Bresse can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a TV lounge (accessed via a small spiral staircase) and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
First floor
- A 25 m² living room with dining area and sitting area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Bedroom 1: One double bed
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds
First floor:
- A mezzanine with a sofa and a TV with DVD player (accessed by a small spiral staircase)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A west-facing terrace of around 20 m² with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (1 vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Colmar (56 km)

- Entirely non-smoking accommodation
- Free Wi-Fi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
