Danielle Gladding has lived in Sarasota since 1976. Actively involved in the Real Estate business for over 30 years, she owns and operates her own brokerage company. She purchased and completely renovated the property known as El Tropicale in 2020.
Danielle is married to Nick Gladding and they love living in downtown Sarasota.

El Tropicale is nestled in the historic Towles Court artist colony in beautiful Laurel Park which is part of downtown Sarasota, FL! Completely renovated on a gorgeous "Old Florida" location. We have decorated all areas with lovely furnishings and all the comforts of home to make your stay memorable. Within a 5 minute walk to vibrant downtown Sarasota where you can enjoy fine dining, shopping, cafes and nightlife. Sarasota is the ideal destination for a relaxing vacation with something for everyone. We have award winning beaches, multiple attractions such as the John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art and the Ca' d'Zan, Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, and Myakka State Park just to name a few. Sarasota is considered the cultural mecca on the west coast of Florida and is home of the Asolo Repertory Theatre, Sarasota Ballet, Sarasota Orchestra the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and much much more.
