Couldn’t get any cuter! We’re sharing our immaculately restored, historic 1925 Laurel Park bungalow with a large, private, landscaped backyard. The house is an easy walk to Burns Court, Downtown Sarasota, Shelby Gardens and the Bayfront, and a short drive to the beaches.
Perfect for couples or small families, the house has two bedrooms, with a convertible twin bed in the second bedroom that pulls out to a king. The home features central air, and two two large, breezy screened porches for enjoying Sarasota’s terrific weather. The rear porch features a dining table for 6 guests overlooking a private back garden with a gas grill.
Laurel Park is a historic neighbourhood in Sarasota, known for its restored “Old Florida” homes. We’re partial, but we think it’s the best place to be in all of Sarasota! ***PLEASE NOTE: The property does not have a pool. We have heard from multiple guests that the listing includes a pool. This is a glitch on VRBOs end that we are trying to rectify.***

Great Experience

Darling Florida property! Great location and perfect for our stay in Sarasota. The owner was so helpful prior to our arrival and we truly appreciated being able to stay in their home.

Fantastic!

Loved this property for our week long stay with our two kids. Location was PERFECT- could walk downtown or to our favorite spot, Owen's Fish Market. Screened in porches were very nice, and everything was clean and as expected. Will stay again.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay

The house is charming, well stocked with kitchen and dining supplies. It is in a wonderful neighborhood walkable to downtown, the Sarasota bay, and area restaurants. The host was welcoming and always helpful. I highly recommend.

Comfortable and great location

Property was easy to maintain. Front (west) and Back (east) porches perfect for reading at different times of the day. 15 minute walk to central Sarasota

We are a young family with roots in Sarasota, currently residing in London. We purchased our Laurel Park home as a way to be closer to family, and have enjoyed the neighbourhood more with each visit.

We are city people at heart and our home’s proximity to Downtown Sarasota, Burns Court and the Bayfront. We love the old Florida feeling and the privacy of our cul-de-sac.
