The holiday home is a semi-detached house. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for shared use: sunshade, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and a porch swing. If occupied by up to 6 people, only the ground floor is available.

Siófok. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. On the property is BAL SIO 518 (16 people). The landlord lives in the other half of the semi-detached house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property and the street in front of the house.

Internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception is via cable.
