Welcome to Lucky Us Cabin!

Enjoy this private three-bedroom cabin with 300,000+ acres of national forest adjoining. Direct access to White River National Forest. MOST BEAUTIFUL HOME IN BRECKENRIDGE!!

After entering through a gate to access your private road to this cabin, you are on a secluded, beautiful estate. Enjoy the 180-degree mountain views and the sunsets from this centrally located home on the top of Gibson Hill. Best views of the 10 mile range.

We are pet friendly to friendly pets. Dogs live on the adjacent property and may occasionally roam past the house.

Watch deer, elk, and moose in the meadow before the cabin and feed the friendly birds by hand. Enjoy the sunsets and mountain views from your 70-foot deck across the front of the cabin. Sit in front of your wood-burning fireplace or enjoy the stars from your private cabin in the woods at night.

We have a supplemental oxygen system that's available in each bedroom. It's incredibly helpful with altitude adjustment. It can run every night (7 pm-7 am), so you sleep at the equivalent of ~5,000 feet. You may opt to use the oxygen system for $25/night/room (to cover electric expenses). It's controlled remotely. Please confirm it's available when booking if you intend to use it.

Lucky Us Cabin is an excellent place for winter and summer fun. There is plenty of room to explore this beautiful property and the adjoining Whitewater National Forest. Hike to the nearby Ghost Town and the ancient Spanish Markers left by early Spanish Miners. Pan for gold in the nearby streams, have a picnic or tell stories while sitting around your wood-burning fireplace at night.

The best part is with all this beauty and privacy; you also have the convenience of only being two miles from Main Street, Breckenridge, and the gondola. This Estate is truly a "one of a kind"! THIS HOME IS COLORADO AT ITS BEST WITH AN UNFORGETTABLE MOUNTAIN EXPERIENCE

House was perfect! We came from Florida and were worried about the altitude, so the supplemental oxygen was the deciding factor. I’m so glad as our youngest got sick the first day while on the mountain doing a snowcat tour and without the supplemental oxygen at the house we might have had to go to a lower altitude. Didn’t see that mentioned a lot in other reviews but I think it was a big deal. Also, the roads up to the house are no joke in the winter, so definitely come prepared with the required vehicle. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location, as advertised. Everything was very clean and well organized on arrival. Smooth check in. Beautiful views. Feels quiet and secluded but still close to town. Would recommend.

Very private cabin property with gated entrance at the top of the peak staring at Breckenridge resort. Nice and quite with a beautify cabin to relax in.

Perfect house, location and the vews

Our stay was great! The house was clean and had all we needed. Views were stunning and we did see a big black bear crossing the driveway to the house. Restaurants and shops were near by and we had a-lot to choose from.

Wow Just Wow

Quite possibly the best Vrbo experience we’ve ever had! The property was everything as described and more. The views were so amazing we only left the property once in 3 days! Beautiful spotless new hot tub with those gorgeous views! Sally was an amazing host! She was prompt and so helpful with any questions we had. We’ll be dreaming of this property for some time to come.

Heaven in Breckenridge ❤️

Wow! What a beautiful property. The cabin is absolutely perfect with the most stunning views ever. We actually cooked all of our meals in their large kitchen and enjoyed the beautiful view of Breckenridge and the ski slopes The master bedroom was perfect. So large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom was huge. We enjoyed the large deck out front with the hot tub. We also enjoyed a few of the trails that are within walking distance from the back door. This is a beautiful property and I would highly recommend it, if you’re looking for a peaceful place for your family to enjoy Breckenridge .

Great Cabin

Amazing Location and Home

We brought all of our adult kids and their significant others (7 total). The house was perfectly suited for our size. Upon arrival (excellent directions from host), we were amazed at the home and views. We took full advantage of the space as we all got caught up after not seeing each other for a few months. The shuttle back and forth to town was an excellent service offered that we used everyday to go skiing. Drivers were exceptional! It was nice having a garage to park the vehicles in, perfect for the snow that came every night. Also, we appreciated the snow removal from the driveway everyday! Highly recommend this property, as the drive alone up to the home provided spectacular views. We even saw a moose trotting down the road on our way into town. The hosts were so communicative throughout the whole process and we experienced no issues during our stay.

Beautiful Cabin and view!!

This cabin was even more beautiful in person!! Everything was very clean and the owners were very responsive to emails. I loved my stay here and will book here again my next time in Breck. My only suggestion to the owner was that they get better pillows for the beds. Other than that, all 6 of us who stayed here loved this home!

Loved this property!

This house is in fact as gorgeous in person as in the pictures! The view of the mountain is breathtaking. The house is in a quiet spot not far from town. The property manager was very nice. The layout of the house was perfect for us, one couple and one family of 4. Comfy furniture for relaxing, huge hot tub, comfy beds and bedding. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

And after falling in love with the town, the people, the skiing and the mountains, we decided to build our own home. Now we have a few rental properties so that we can share that experience with others.
