Everything was what we needed for our trip. We loved the location and that we could pretty much walk most places we wanted to go.

Unfortunately this basement apartment had a strong mildew smell, and it triggered my asthma. I only stayed one night of the week booking, and even then all my clothes smelled like mildew on leaving. Host refused to refund any of the stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously and have not received similar concerns from other guests. In fact, we hosted guests from April 9–12 immediately before your stay, and they reported no issues. We stopped by the unit and confirmed with our cleaner and we did not have any issues with mildew. We encourage future guests to review our other reviews for additional perspectives on their experiences. We would also like to clarify that this is not a basement apartment. The unit is located on the main floor walk out door to sidewalk and sliding doors off the deck to walk out as well. When you contacted us regarding your concerns, we followed our cancellation policy and reviewed the situation based on the information provided at the time. We appreciate all guest feedback and will continue working to ensure a positive experience for our visitors.

What a wonderful place for a quiet stay or a family gathering. Third Street Retreat provided both for us with a variety of amenities and attractions just minutes away from downtown Seattle to the malls in Bellevue, Lynnwood or right around the corner. We were not in want. It truly has our hearts and is dubbed our home away from home. The host is wonderfully attentive and is prompt to address any inquiries or need. We are in love with this property and look forward to returning and spending time with family.

I don’t want to review this VRBO cause then it won’t be available when I want to stay there. Great location if you like to walk to town and waterfront. The pictures show exactly what you’re getting, nicely furnished, nice kitchen and bedrooms about what you’d expect. No dressers. Bathroom a little small but works. Nice deck. Carport. Will stay again.

Spacious condo in a prime location. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s plenty of street parking. Space was clean and instructions were clear.The condo isn’t the best when it comes to soundproofing. You can clearly hear the upstairs neighbors walking around and the ceiling squeaking here and there. It didn’t bother our jet lagged parents, but definitely something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to sounds. And we also wished that the place had a bit more natural lighting. Overall, still a solid spot and we enjoyed our time here.

Amazing stay, comfortable and clean with a very light and bright concept, open and spacious. You'll find everything you need in walking distance to downtown Kirkland, to transit to Seattle as well as the nicest experience while you're away. We do want this to be your home away from home experience. We have thought out every detail and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Prime Location: Enjoy the best of Downtown Kirkland, just a short walk from Marina Park, the waterfront, vibrant shops, local restaurants, a playground, and a bus stop for easy access to the surrounding areas.

The bottom-floor unit is exclusively yours during your stay, complete with private access to all living spaces and the deck. A carport space is reserved for you, and there’s plenty of street parking for any additional vehicles.

We offer self-check in for easy access to work with your schedule!

We’re nearby and always available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. While we respect your privacy, we’re happy to assist with any requests or questions.
