Come enjoy Peace and Quiet Mountain Home, nestled in the quiet community of Cobbly Nob, just outside of Gatlinburg city limits. It is close enough to downtown Gatlinburg to be there in 20 mins (from entrance of neighborhood), but far enough from the noise and hustle and bustle of downtown to enjoy the nature, beauty and calm serenity the Smoky Mountains has to offer! You will not find a property with a better unobstructed view and privacy that our mountain house offers. This property is privately owned and operated. You will work with Heather once you have booked and will be offered additional amenities to help your vacation be as relaxing as possible.
This property is perfect for wedding anniversary gatherings, birthday celebrations, summer vacations or last minute get-a-way just because! There is enough space for everyone in your group to have their own space, but also lots of group gathering spaces (upstairs den for adults, downstairs den for kids, game room for additional kids, etc.) to create lasting memories together. WHAT DO WE BOAST ABOUT?

2) Wheelchair accessibility/mobility needs property. We have worked hard to provide a property that is fully wheelchair accessible on the main floor, with the kitchen, den, main bedroom, additional bedroom with queen bed as well as an ADA roll in shower. All main floor bathrooms have grab bars and the entry doors and all required interior doors are 35" wide or wider.
3) Level 2 EV charger for electric vehicle charging (located in enclosed garage)
4) WHOLE house generator (will not run EV charger)

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
This home has gorgeous views and pictures to prove it! This is not a large rental company offering, it is a privately owned and managed vacation home with high end finishes and close attention paid to details and comforts; with the care and quality taken of an owner. We want to provide guests with the vacation experience that WE enjoy and a space to make memories like OUR family has here in the Smokies. I remember before we purchased, I would spend half of the first part of vacation wiping down, and doing a good cleaning before I could relax and enjoy our vacation! We don't want our guests to worry about anything but missing the sunset over Mt LeConte! So walk-in, be wowed by the home and how clean and beautiful the place is; put your things down and start enjoying time with your family! We have all of the amenities a large group or family is looking for in a peaceful mountain getaway; spice cabinet, large serving and cooking dishes, children’s dishes and cutlery, children’s high chair, wine glasses and mixed drink glasses, small appliances such as a griddle, air fryer, large spaghetti pot and KitchenAid mixer!

Essentials - Plenty of extras are provided to get you through the first night or two, including: travel soap, shampoo and conditioner and 2 rolls of THE GOOD toilet paper in every bathroom. A roll of paper towels, extra trash bags, small bottle of dish washing soap and dish sponge and dishwasher pods in a mason jar in kitchen, laundry pods as well. All linens and towels are provided for your stay and are arranged in each bathroom and throughout the bedrooms that share a bath. Hot tub towels are also provided.
Main Floor Living Areas: Your family or large group has plenty of space inside or out to gather at our mountain home. The open concept main living area provides plenty of comfortable seating to watch TV or sit by the fire, a large dining table and kitchen island for eating and a beautiful regulation size pool table for adults to enjoy. The kitchen provides all the amenities needed for you to whip up a wonderful meal while you enjoy the panoramic views. Enjoy outdoor living at its best on the screened in porch with fireplace and TV, or on the open covered porch equipped with a dining table, rocking chairs and oversized swing bed. There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together and take in the beautiful mountain views. Take a little snooze on the oversized swing bed, I highly recommend it!
Main Level Bedroom 1: King Bed (Owners Suite) - Sleeps 2; attached full bath with shower and jetted tub
Main Level Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed (Fly fishing room) – Sleeps 2; access to main floor full bath just across from pool table. Full bath has two entries, zero threshold roll in shower for wheelchair accessibility, grab bars (vertical and horizontal), flip up teak bench and two separate shower controls (static or handheld).
Lower Level Living Areas: The large open staircase to the lower level will drop you to the downstairs den which is equipped with a large screen TV, surround sound system for movie time or bing-watching your favorite TV shows. The large game room downstairs is the fan favorite amongst the kids or kids at heart, with foosball, air hockey, a 60+ PAC MAN and Donky Kong video game and a console table video game for two! There is another covered porch with a hot tub area downstairs and an additional conversational seating area with rockers right by the gas grill. Don't forget your hot tub towel in the basket on your way out the door!
Lower Level Bedroom 1: King Bed (Wildflower room) - Sleeps 2; dedicated full bath with standup shower and a pocket door that can be closed for privacy connecting bedroom/bathroom. There is a fold away crib located in the closet of this room.
Lower Level - Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (Deer room) - Sleeps 2; full bath with standup shower and separate water closet (lockable door). Shared with BR5
Lower Level - Bedroom 3: King Bed with Full Sized Crib (Bear room) – Sleeps 2; full bath with standup shower and separate water closet (lockable door). Shared with BR4
Lower Level - Bedroom 4 Kids Room: 2 Double beds; Twin bunk beds - Sleeps 6; access to any lower level bath
Lower Level - Den: Queen sleeper sofa - Sleeps 2; access to any lower level bath. Sheets and blanket provided in lower level hallway closet.
EV charger details - Our home has a 2 car attached garage equipped with a Level 2 EV charger. The charger is locked in the holster for safety; however, if a guest books the property and plans to use the EV charger they will be given the combination lock code for the charger during check in. We are one of only a few properties in the Gatlinburg area offering this amenity! Comes stay with us and drive your electric vehicle with no worries on charging availability. Note: Tesla owners, bring your charger adapter.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY:
- Flat/large parking pad for easy unloading for wheelchair equipped vehicles
- Wheelchair ramp in garage, can be moved to front door as requested
- Roll in ADA compliant zero threshold shower on upper level with fold down shower bench, handheld shower wand, grab bars in shower and by toilet. This is the main bathroom upstairs.

- This is a NO animal property. To ensure the safety and comfort of ALL OUR GUESTS, even service animals, will require a deep cleaning charge post stay. We mean no disrespect to those with service animals, but instead look to provide accommodations to those needing wheelchair accessibility, as very few in short term rental market exist and clients frequently have immunodeficiencies.
Neighborhood Amenities - The beautiful Cobbly Nob neighborhood is nestled along the east side of Gatlinburg only 12 minutes from the downtown area. The neighborhood offers many amenities such as; 3 community pools, tennis courts and a public golf course. The neighborhood maintains great roads. If you want to be close to the action in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but far enough away to enjoy the wildlife, nature and peaceful beauty of the Smoky Mountains, you have found your perfect vacation get-away. Bent Creek Golf course - .8 miles You drive through the golf course to get to the house. If you and the guys want to get in 18 holes on vacay, this is the place for you!
