Beautiful 40 m2 flat in a prime location between Paris and Disney.

Very good public transport links to Paris.
public transport. Line P is a 7-minute walk away and serves Paris Gare de l'Est in 15 minutes.
Comfortable accommodation for 5 people - everything you need for cooking
Washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, electric cooker and oven, fridge, freezer, storage units for kitchen, bedroom and shower room.
Large ceiling fan.
Free parking.
Located on the 4th and top floor in a secure residence (external security camera)
Close to the edges of the Marne for walking (1 minute walk) Until now, the flat has been rented out on Airbnb (Siret no. 803462761), where it is still very well listed, and I would like it to be available to Abritel holidaymakers too.
