This studio unit has a queen bed and a pull out sleeper sofa. Unit comes equipped with kitchenette, including mini-refrigerator and apartment sized stove/oven. Color Cable TV and DVD. Shower stall in bath. This unit has a private balcony. Air Conditioned.

We are located at 376 Mile Road in Wells Beach Maine, a 1 minute walk from Wells Beach. We have everything you want in your Maine Coast vacation or weekend getaway. Other great beaches to explore and enjoy are also nearby.

Our other guest amenities Include:

The Wells, Maine area has many activities and attractions, including sandy beaches, wonderful restaurants, unique Maine shops, and events such as deep-sea fishing, kayaking and nature trails.


Each unit is permitted only ONE parking space
All rates subject to 9% lodging tax
All reservations subject to a resort fee and/or booking fee
Reservations for specific rooms cannot be guaranteed
A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking, or the reservation will be canceled
Payment in full is required upon the day of arrival
Payment Methods – All major credit cards accepted
No personal checks accepted
If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, you will receive a full refund, less
a $35.00 service fee . If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
No refunds for early departures
Two night minimum stay required
Three night minimum stay required on holiday weekends
Late checkouts are subject to additional fees

Guest is required to sign a renter agreement. Security deposit required in the amount of $300.00. Minimum age to rent is 21.
Renter agreement must be signed within 48 hours. For last minute reservations, agreement must be signed prior to check-in information being sent.
No smoking, no pets, no parties or events. Quiet hours are from 9pm-9am.

Perfect spot

The place was just as advertised and in a perfect location to both the beach, trolley stop and a local brewery! We really enjoyed being able to walk 2 minutes and see the surf and a great little arcade across the street!

super good!

the room was super nice, it was super appreciated that we had a whole mini kitchen. loved the fact that we had a porch too! it was less than a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 50 second walk to the arcade. the only thing i did not enjoy about this room is the pull out couch….the bed was super uncomfortable but it was okay since we were only there for 2 nights. but that is the only problem! super good for the price. loved it

Room was clean but at some point you need to invest in your investment. Simple updates would greatly improve. Room was like walking back in time to 1982. Needs new comforter, lamps, furniture. Get rid of the Corelle dishes! Replace shower head so that doesn’t feel like a sandblaster. Buy your guest an ice bucket. Replace plastic chairs on patio so that they match and aren’t stained green. Simple things. Replace something every year so it stay nice. It’s a great location but the room is worn out

Beach getaway

Spotless throughout, including room, locker area, pool, hot tub. Convenient small kitchen, grocery nearby. Best of all, right near the beach!

quaint place, nice location

The room (#104) is nice - not very nice, not bad, just nice. It has a tiny oven and stove, microwave, toaster oven, sink, and limited basic kitchen-wares (pot, pan, dishes, silverware, glasses and mugs). The bed is low and squeaky but comfortable. The room itself is larger than I expected. The Bellue by the Sea has a nice sauna that actually can get too hot! The pool and hot tub are very nice. The parking lot is *not* designed for large vehicles (and I suspect even medium vehicles will be a tight squeeze). It's located about a 1 to 2 minute walk from the beach, and the location is great - you have about a mile of beach in one direction and maybe half mile in the other. Great sand (and lots of it during low tide) and interesting rocks. Activities and restaurants are about 1 mile away in "main" town of Wells, and Ogunquit is about 10-15 minutes south. I like it: not extravagant, but definitely nice for the price.
