Lovely Mountain Home Newly Renovated CLEAN, Comfortable Whiteface Lake Placid

The house has a fantastic wrap around deck as well as a large wooded back yard with firepit. Swing and yard games. Grill and plenty of seating!
Inside:
Newly renovated and upgraded kitchen and dining area with open floor plan. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking a meal at home. Keurig, Gevalia Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, Toaster, Electric Kettle, Crockpot and many other amenities. Feel free to ask if the house is equipped with something specific.
Comfortable living area with 4 couches (added 2 new couches for 2025) with large flatscreen and fireplace, adjacent to a game room.
Game Room - Full Futon Large Flat Screen TV with Ms Pac Man. Darts & Tons of Board Games. Open the barn doors to make the game room a part of the living space or close the doors and let the kids play. (There is a ping pong table in the basement with a Bluetooth enabled speaker light to add to the fun plus Pac Man machine).
All Bedrooms have protected new mattresses.
2 Full newly renovated bathrooms.
1st Bedroom - King bed with comfortable reading nook (wireless charging station), flat screen smart tv, direct access to renovated full bath.
2nd Bedroom - 2 Full Bunk Beds, 1 Twin Trundle Bed, Huge Velvet Bean Bag chair, Flat screen smart TV, access to renovated full bath.
3rd Bedroom - 1 Queen bed.
We have provided the following amenities for your convenience…shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, paper towels, cleaning products, toilet paper, Tide pods, fabric softener, dishwasher pods, dishwashing soap. Towels, sheets, blankets, hand towels, kitchen towels are provided for each room/guest.
Washer and Dryer in basement.

Pricing is set by occupancy per stay. This allows smaller parties to stay at an affordable price. Occupancy starts at 4. Each additional guest over 4 is $20 per night. This accounts for added resources such as utilities, supplied amenities, laundering , wear and tear, etc. Please report accurate occupancy. When booking you agree to this honesty between us. You will be charged for additional guests plus a liar penalty of $50 for the time I waste in going back through the ring camera to provide vrbo. Thank you.

Title is not misleading, this is definitely one of the cleanest rental properties my wife and I have stayed in. We were in the area for a wedding at The Barn at Pinestone and this place was very convenient to the venue, as well as other ADK tourist spots like Lake Placid and Saranac. Would highly recommend.

We States for 6 nights. One word: great! House is charming, clean, spacious and well equiped. Beds are good. Wilmington is a good spot for hiking and outdoor activities.

Wonderful Vacation

Our daughter had a figure skating competition in Lake Placid, and we decided to extend the trip into a family vacation. The location was perfect for our needs. Check-in was quick and easy, communication with the owner was smooth, and the house was spacious and clean. My husband enjoys cooking, and the kitchen was well equipped. There are plenty of trails in the area, and he enjoyed hiking with our dog while I was at the ice rink with our daughter.We had a wonderful time and are already planning to come back!

Great stay!

This house is clean, well maintained, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kids loved all the choices for entertainment, and it’s in a great location near Whiteface Mountain. Driveway was a bit slippery, but other than that, we had no issues at all. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. You shouldn’t hesitate to book this property!

We had a fantastic stay at this Wilmington property. Incredible convenience to Whiteface Mountain. Warm and cozy. All you need. Lots of space for 3 teens. Even saw teenage boys put down their phones and play board games. Thanks for a great place to enjoy memories

Cozy Welcoming House

We enjoyed our skiing trip. Love the house, it has everything what you need for family vacation. Mountains atmosphere, and quite yet convenient area. Game room is a huge Plus, kept the kids busy. Excellent communication with Host Dawn. Likely to return.

Great stay beautiful house

The property was exactly as advertised and was beautiful. It comfortably slept everyone and was only a short drive to both Whiteface mountain and downtown lake placid. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip!

Perfect winter getaway

Property is clean, has everything you may need to have a very pleasant stay. 10 min to slopes is a huge .We were so happy to be able to bring our pups with us so they could enjoy vacation as well. Highly recommended!

Never Again

Host should not be allowed to rent out on VRBO. As a seasoned renter the host accused me of many things that were not true. We will never stay there again. The ownerwas aggressive and combwtive in her messages.

This house was more than perfect! Everything we needed and more . Very clean , big , the game room was amazing, the beds are so comfortable and the back patio was just lovely. So many things to do in that area. Will definitely book again !

Nice Adirondack House

The house is located very close to White Face Mountain so it's super convenient for all things in Wilmington as well as an easy, gorgeous drive to Lake Placid. Our family of four adults had plenty of room. The game room area would be fun for kids. The fire pit area is nice and there is a nice amount of seating by the fire. The host was easy to reach and was very quick and helpful when we had a small issue.

Comfortable, Relaxing and Fun

Whether you decide to play a video game, a challenging game of ping- pong, relax on the comfortable couches, sit around the fire or swing and spin on the disk swing, your family is bound to have a great time in the Adirondacks at this super clean house. There was a big table for Yahtzi and family dinners. You'll sleep well on the many super comfortable beds and enjoy smores by the fire. Everyone had the space they needed to have fun and relax. Located near many fun activities! The owner was fanominal to communicate with for even the smallest needs. The multiple coffee and tea pots were helpful and using the fully stocked kitchen made family dinners more fun and inexpensive. Our family would choose this house again for any future trips!
