Kitchen opening onto spacious living area (fridge + freezer, gas hob + extractor fan, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, dining table [80x80 or 160x80 with extension leaf, seats 6]), lounge (HDTV, corner sofa), access to 12m² terrace (covered and south-east facing).



Bedrooms: 1 bedroom (double bed 140x190 with wardrobe), 1 bedroom (1 trundle bed (2 x 80x190)), 1 trundle bed (2 x 80x190). All bedrooms can be darkened and have mosquito nets.



Shower room with walk-in shower + washbasin, separate WC with washbasin + washing machine.



Terrace furniture (table, 6 chairs), 2 deckchairs and electric griddle to enjoy your meals outside.



1 private parking space.

Pets are not allowed.

No WiFi connection.



To be paid upon arrival:

Security deposit (EUR 500, bank imprint), tourist tax (EUR 0.86 / day / person aged 18 and over).

Utilities (water, gas and electricity) are included in the rental price.

End-of-stay cleaning and household linen are also included. Although cleaning is included, we ask you to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
