Famous Hollywood Broadwalk, beach, restaurants, stores all steps away! Enjoy the endless beauty this location has to offer! Early bird? Grab a cup of coffee and appreciate spectacular sunrise. Curios trying foods from around the world? The Broadwalk has them all. Want to dress up for a fancy dinner? Many restaurants just a short walk away. Go for a jog, bike ride, swim or just casual stroll, the 2.5 mile Broadwalk will give you plenty of exercise.

This apartment is located in a quiet area of the Hollywood Broadwalk so you can relax and enjoy your stay. And, it's just a short walk from the center of the Broadwalk's nightlife.

Our beautiful sun filled, 720sq ft unit will serve you well whether you want to relax for a few days or if you still need to connect, a perfect place for remote work! We tried to think of everything you need, from a corkscrew to a pizza cutter and a desk with a monitor, we’ve got it all! We know what it’s like not to have a fully stocked, functional and spotless home. We have tried to include everything you need including linens, dishes, kitchen gadgets, etc. to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything will be cleaned and sanitized and you can expect everything to work as it should.

We are looking forward to hosting you for as long as you wish!

Loved our stay. Roomy and right off the Broadwalk with everything you need. Beach chairs, cooler bag and umbrellas included.

Close to the "Broadwalk" and beach

We could see the beach and Broadwalk ( it's called this because you are in Hollywood....dawlink ! ) We walked the broadwalk everyday, went to the beach ( water is cold in January, but waves are low) walked to dinner, or lunch, there was live music every night down in the Amphitheater too. Lots of activities; people biking, skating, dog walking, jogging, scooters. We would go back for sure. Our hostess, Galina, was awesome & helpful as well.

Great beach access

Can't beat the location, steps to the broadwalk and beach. Very comfortable king bed and nice tiled bathroom. We enjoyed the pool. Old Florida charm! We hope to stay again in the future

Beach Getaway, Snowbird at the Beach

My wife and I wanted to snowbird/relocate for a month and found this great condo in a “boutique” complex that is meticulously maintained right on the Hollywood Beach broadwalk! We’re talking literally 50 steps and you’re on the beach! The location is perfect since the condo is at the beginning of the residential or quiet part of the broadwalk but close enough that a short stroll gets you to all the great bars and food. Once you step inside this fully renovated 2nd floor walk up, you know that the owner, Galina, takes a lot of pride in ownership that was very evident in our communications and the bottle of wine that was left for us. Nothing was overlooked by Galina, everything we needed to enjoy our stay including beach chairs, umbrella and an insulated beach bag was waiting for us. The condo also had a desk, monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse that provided me with a very comfortable work space since this trip was to also see how it would be to relocate for a short period of time. The complex has a heated pool with tables and lounges, a laundry room and communal BBQ’s not to mention that you have your own assigned parking space in a gated lot! If you’re looking to stay on the beach, this place is it! We hope to be back next year!

Such a perfect stay!

This was such a great stay!! The condo was so very clean, all the kitchen supplies you need, a nice balcony to sit and relax, the beach chairs and umbrella were a great bonus!! This condo is a 2 minute walk to the beach!! Galina is SO sweet and so very responsive with whatever you need. Even messaged to check up on us a few times to see if we needed anything. Will be back!! :)

Great location! Steps to the beach, plenty of dining options around including convenience store for any last minute needs. Unit comes with a designated parking, which is a bonus in this area. Apartment as advertised clean, spacious and very comfortable with all the appliances and utensils. Keyless entry is added convenience not having to carry keys around. Beach chairs with umbrella provided, which is also a great touch. Galina is a courteous host responding on-demand to any questions I had. She is pleasant to deal with, provided recommendations baded on my needs and told me the best spot to watch July 4th fireworks. Overall a very pleasant and memorable experience! Definitely booking it in the future!
