Nice stamp rustic and contemporary. Lots of charm. Beautiful outdoor space private and landscaped garden in the middle of a small orchard. Cross-sectional view of the massif de la Chartreuse, the Combe de Savoie and the massif des Bauges. Located in the heart of the Savoy vineyard, 22 km from Lac du Bourget (largest natural lake in France). Nestled between the Regional Natural Parks of Bauges and Chartreuse with magnificent walks and exceptional hikes. Mountain bike circuits, cycle paths and marked trails near the cottage. Many other nautical, aerial, well-being and outdoor activities. 14km from Chambéry, capital of the Dukes of Savoy "city of Art and History". Privileged location to shine in star (motorway ramp 2.5 km) and visit the region including Annecy, Albertville and the medieval city of Conflans, Chamonix. An ideal stay between lake and mountain!
