Algarvian style villa in a quiet and relaxing area. 170m2 set in a plot of 650m2. Close to the most famous beaches in Algarve and with all amenities within 1 km. Salgados Golf course is in the neighborhood.
3 bedrooms fully furnished with fitted wardrobes and dressers (including 2 bunk beds and 2 drawer beds), 2 bathrooms, a living room equipped with TV set and fireplace, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, diswasher and washing machine. Ideal for up to 8 people.
A magnificient "açoteia" - a private roof terrace - is ideal for sunbathing!
