Cute property inside. Some surrounding homes need work. Host was responsive to our questions. Had everything we needed and location was good for our activities. Note the inside staircase is steep and winding, but you can also get to the upstairs from outside. Thank you for the stay.

High School Rock Climbing Club trip

The chaperones and teachers for our club trip stayed at the cabin for a long weekend, and our entire group climbed nearby at Horseshoe Canyon. The cabin was wonderful and met all our needs for the weekend. The check in and check out process were both easy. It’s a beautiful location as well.

Beautiful quiet home

Such a beautiful, cozy place to stay. It was perfect for the five of us and the three children had their own place upstairs. Took a short thirty minute drive to see the twin falls and it was absolutely beautiful. We were in Harrison for a football tournament and it was perfect place to stay. The owner, Todd was such a great person and was so helpful. I highly recommend this property for a place to stay. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous.

Hello! My name is Todd Parker and I am the owner and
host of Chalet at the Falls. I was born and raised here and
consider myself blessed to still call this my home. I love
everything about Newton County and the surrounding
area-the people, the rich heritage and traditions, the
outdoor activities, and of course, the scenery! I live just
minutes from the Chalet in Jasper. I work fulltime as a
school administrator during the day and I also work part-
time as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher for the local
ambulance service. In fall 2020 I decided to purchase this
unique home and remodel it for a nightly rental so others
could come and enjoy the area I love so much. The rest is
history in the making and you are now a part of it! Thank
you for choosing this as your place to stay for your Ozark
Mountain vacation! I hope you enjoy every minute of your
time here in God’s Country and that you will come visit
again soon!
