**May 2025 VRBO has a bug that is changing dates back one day, they have been unsuccessful in correcting this problem, please try reserving dates one day after you want them. Recently added $30 Administrative fee per stay covers charge imposed by HOA for each STR.

Weekend Getaway

Just a quick weekend getaway with family for River fun. Condo was clean. I will say guest bedroom bed was very hard and lights flickered on ceiling and the fan did not work. Minor things but overall a nice condo. Couldn’t accommodate for a little earlier check in which was a bummer considering the post on the listing.

It would of been very nice, except the condo was not very clean. But the view and being on the river was nice.

Clean, comfortable, and great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It felt very homey, and has a beautiful views of the river from the third floor balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, much better than other rentals I’ve stayed at. The mattresses were comfortable, it was like being at home. There’s a large pool and Spa, and a fun green belt right on the river with the beach that is dog friendly. The place overall pretty quiet, and the neighbors we met were very friendly. I’m looking forward to staying here again!

Great stay, beautiful home, wonderful location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was clean, spacious, well decorated, comfortable, conveniently located to restaurants, shops, casinos, and provided a very relaxing environment. We enjoyed the soothing view and sounds of the Colorado river, the warm sun, watching the birds, watercraft, and being so close to the casino's across the river.

Annual Birthday Getaway

Great place on the river, amazing views, super comfy beds and furnishings and decorated beautifully. Beautiful views of the river, pool and spa. This unit had everything we needed for our annual bestie birthday getaway.

Best place to enjoy the Colorado River

Me and my family have stayed by the Colorado river many times, camping trailer etc. this was by far the best experience.

Great space, great views!

Our family (my husband, and I, two adults sons and daughter-in-law) spent several days at Laura's condo on the beautiful Colorado River. We loved the terrace, comfy furniture, terrific location, super quiet, watching the boats go by, and all the casino fun in Laughlin, and the amazing drives through Grapevine Canyon. We really enjoyed our time, thank you for sharing this great home with us!

You’ll love it!

Watching the river from the balcony was mesmerizing. The condo was well stocked with essentials, the grounds were immaculate and felt very secure.

Winter break

We did a brief trip over winter break to explore Southern Nevada, including the proposed Avi Kwa Ame national monument. Laura has a very nice place, and we would definitely stay there if we make it back again. Nicely furnished, nice outside space and view of Colorado River, spacious inside, great kitchen.

River condo

It is a beautiful unit. It has all the things you need. Basically home away from home. It had a beautiful view of the river from patio. There was access to an island on the river, which is nice to sit and relax by the water.

good location, nice view of river, comfortable beds.

I would stay again. The only thing I would suggest is cleaning patio, it was very dusty and spider webs. The inside of condo was clean which is the most important part. Also, Laura responded very quickly with our questions.

Family Fun

This unit in a large condo complex is in a great location and the view is amazing. With the Laughlin casinos across the river and the water taxi running it was great fun for all. We really enjoyed the island on the river, be sure to bring water shoes it's rocky but great fun. Our host Laura was a joy to work with and we would highly recommend and would love to stay here again.
