House is near Shinnecock Bay-a 5 min walk- and a short bike ride (2 mi) to our beautiful ocean beaches over the Ponquogue Bridge! Primary bedroom/ bath and guest room and full bath are on main floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs plus full bath. Large chefs kitchen, formal dining area and living room, plus family room with access to large deck perfect for entertaining. Steps away from private heated pool w/ pool house bathroom. Large oversized yard- perfect for families! Pets welcome!

We had a great time staying at the house! This was a family trip and there was enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and made us feel at home!

This is an absolutely lovely, comfortable house for families. Plenty of space, beautiful touches throughout, gorgeous pool and a great location. The host couldn't have been nicer!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, it was a great experience.

The house had everything we needed for our stay for our son’s wedding weekend. The location was so convenient to rehearsal dinner and church. Reception was just around on the north fork about a half hour drive. We did get to enjoy the pool and yard a bit but with limited time, didn’t get down to the ocean or bay (which you can see from front of house). The host, Kerry, was very prompt in replying to messages and made check in easy. Lots of sleeping space for a large family. It was a comfortable stay.

The area where our house is located is perfect- a block to the bay, 1.5 miles to world class ocean beaches, and trendy restaurants with the best vibes and views are a walk or quick ride from the house! Less than 5 miles away is the Shinnecock Golf Course- home of the 2026 US Open.

This property is on a corner lot on an acre of property- the landscaped grounds surrounded by tall hedges are beautifully kept, and the pool area is lit up for an extra festive feel!
