Whether you are seated on the huge terrace, curled up on the sofa in the living room, in your bed or even lying in the marvelous spa: this fabulous view accompanies you at all times and gives you a feeling of absolute privilege! In winter, cozy by the fire or lying in the spa, when temperatures drop below 0°, you will watch the snow fall through the huge bay windows. In fine weather, it is the immaculate and omnipresent green of the Auvergne steppes which will make your stay magical The chalet is composed as follows: On the ground floor (PRM ACCESSIBLE): - A large, ultra-equipped kitchen-living room with wood stove and Arcade machine - A splendid suite with 160 bed and bathroom with a walk-in shower and television - A wellness area with 6-seater spa including 2 lying down - A laundry/entrance area with drying column for ski boots, ski storage, etc. - A toilet Upstairs : - A bedroom with a 160 bed and TV - Two family rooms each with 4 90 cm beds, 2 of which can be joined on request only and one on the mezzanine (accessible by a ladder - prohibited for children under 6 years old) and TV - A bathroom with semi-freestanding bathtub and large shower - A toilet Outside: a magnificent terrace equipped with designer furniture, a custom-made solid wood table and a barbecue Stay of more than a week: passage for jacuzzi maintenance A cleaning deposit check of €400 requested on site and returned at the end of the stay, if the gîte is returned in the same state of organization and maintenance as on arrival. Splendid high-end chalet, with an exceptional view, located a few minutes from the slopes (ground floor accessible to disabled people)
