It is open from 2pm to 7pm in season only, summer and winter, every day except Saturday. The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rent as needed.

As for sleeping arrangements, you will find at your disposal a large 160x200cm double bed in the bedroom and a 140x190cm convertible sofa in the living room, to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. You will be located less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, but also from the departures of the ski slopes, and in summer only a few hundred meters from the mountain bike trails and the first hiking trails.
