Swim Spa Oasis for Large Groups plus custom bar & theatre room (8 miles to ND)

Welcome to your home away from home. We have 4000 sq ft of finished space for your group to spread out. In our home you will find 8 tvs 50” or larger with access to all paid subscriptions (HULU, Netflix, Disney Plus, Xfinity, Amazon Prime and HBO Max) including a theatre room with an 82” tv and theatre seating. A custom bar, swim spa with waterfall, fire pit, 7.5 foot pool table, poker table, electronic dart board and even a massage chair. There are 5 bedrooms and 6 beds complete with protective covers (also a rollaway bed, futon and queen air mattress are here if needed for extra comfort and sleeping arrangements). We have ample dining room seating and a full kitchen complete with large air fryer, Instapot, crockpot and quality cookware. We also include our flattop grill and charcoal/propane grill with all utensils for no additional fee. Laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels and toilet tissue are provided as well. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
