The Space:
Please note, the landscapers do come every week

The house is spacious yet cozy, suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay - complimentary shower liquids, high speed internet, SmartTV with Netflix/Hulu access, fresh linens, and towels.

Three separate bedrooms each with separate doors for maximum privacy. There are also 2 separate bathrooms each with showers. Each bedroom comes with memory foam mattresses!

Guest Access:
The entire home is for your use. There is a living room, kitchen, driveway, and a backyard too!

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located centrally to the DFW metroplex, Irving is a quiet residential neighborhood minutes away from major attractions. Being close to Highway 114, you can access DAL and DFW international airports as well as surrounding cities all within 20 minutes! Perfect for corporate travelers, families and groups alike!

Wonderful Experience!

The hostess is amazing! Great communication, and very kind! House was nice and cozy, plenty of room for our party of 8. Very clean! Kids loved to play outside, quiet and friendly neighborhood! Will definitely book again when we are in the area.

Clean, Quick response

Overall good stay, quick response by the booking team. They have you fill out a seperate application through their booking site to be able to stay. Also if you have dogs you will have to pay an additional animal fee and they have limitations on breeds of dogs… which we didn’t end up taking ours in the end but big backyard for animals. Quick response overall by the booking team. Cute neighborhood, clean place.

Disappointing Customer Relations

I made an error on booking listing the departure date a day later than required. Within 20mins I requested a change. The tourism industry standard is changes within 24hours if you make an error. I found this extremely disappointing.
