Beautiful, modern, high quality, quiet and very private 3 bedroom penthouse in a small property with 4 units only.
Recently updated (April 2021) and perfectly located with Ski In/out at Chair 20 in Vail Cascade Village (0.2mls/4min walk), and at Gore Creek with beautiful bike/walk paths (30 min by foot to Vail Village), and next to the Grand Hyatt with Shuttle Bus access and other amenities.
Master bedroom with King bed and bath en suite, second bedroom with queen bed and bath en suite, third bedroom with new, very sturdy queen over queen bunk bed (sleeps up to 4 adults).
New modern alpine chic furniture and new kitchenware, bedding, lines etc.

Great location. Short walk to lift 20 and a very good ski shop located at bottom of mountain for rentals/storage. Three full bathrooms a plus in the well appointed and clean property. Host very responsive to questions. Grand Hyatt shuttle and City Bus stop makes getting around super easy.

Beautiful condo, great location

This condo is beautifully furnished, well stocked and is located so conveniently to Chair 20. The rental shop next to chair made getting on the slopes quick and painless. The Hyatt hotel shuttle made getting to/from Lionshead and Vail Village very easy. Would love to stay here again.

Great place, Great Location, Great Correspondence

Property looks as good in person as it did on the web site. But the location exceeded expectations. Just a few steps away from the rental shop and the crescent lift. It truly was ski in/out. Very comfortable accommodations.

Christmas ski vacation

Awesome place! Literally a 4 minute walk to the cascade chair lift! Condo was so cute and an added bonus was the Christmas tree they had up! We put the lights on every night! Extremely clean and perfectly decorated - when we come back to vail we will definitely stay here! Thank you thank you!

Fantastic setup, great location, great 3 bedroom condo with garage

Loved it. Great floor plan. Basically has 2 master bedrooms, plus another bedroom. Hot tub facility was great, only 100 feet from the condo. Walk to the cascade lift was easy, shuttle to Vail from Grand Hyatt. Would stay there again!!

A real gem!

We love this property. It's quiet yet within easy walking distance of Lift 20. The condo is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans if you want to cook and eat in. The beds are comfy, the community hot tub is just around the corner. The owner Thomas was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. Fantastic Property and Host

This condo suited our family of 4 perfectly. Its proximity to the Grand Hyatt, lift #20 and the Vail shuttle could hardly have been better. The condo was full of natural light, and the furnishings and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed walking along Gore Creek, and Lionshead and Vail Village were both very accessible by foot, shuttle or car. Thomas provided great communication and was very responsive to our few questions. Overall a terrific stay, and we hope to be back.

Great location, excellent accomodations and rental experience

This property was exactly as pictured. We were here to ski and it's a very close, easy walk to lift 20, which rarely has a line. The view and household furnishings were top notch, very tastefully decorated. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans and utensils which made eating in easy. The beds were comfy. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions and needs. The instructions in the property were clear and concise.. We'd stay here again without hesitation!

Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay in Vail this spring break. This was probably one of the best stocked places we have stayed in a long time. It is so nice to not have to worry about all of the little things that you may need or possibly forget. It made cooking large dinners for our teens super easy! It was also so easy to access the shuttle at the Hyatt to go out for the evening in Lionshead or Vail Village. The Cascade Lift was also an easy walk to the Hyatt. Everything was convenient and comfortable. Thomas was very helpful and was very quick to respond to any concern we might have had, even reaching out to us when the internet in the area had gone out one morning. Our group highly recommends!!

Summer Trip to Colorado

The unit was clean with a great location. It was quite hot at times in August and there is no AC (common in Colorado) or ceiling fans. Also, we had to call the property manager when we arrived to replenish basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and soap.

Thank you for your stay and feedback. We always provide basic supplies sufficient for the first days (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, kitchen towels, detergent), however, we do not replenish for the duration of the stay (nevertheless, we brought you additional supplies worth $100). The condo always gets cleaned very thoroughly and we expect our guests to leave it tidy and with dishes cleaned.

NOT Ski in/Ski out.. not even close

This property is NOT ski/in ski/out. Not even close. Plus you have to walk up multiple stairs to get lift 20. It's on the opposite side of a river so there is ZERO chance of ski in/ski out. Also the property owner does NOT want you to park in the garage. He also is trying to submit a double claim on a previous broken door jamb. It was not very clean either.
