Ocean-inspired decor and lovely ocean views from the furnished balcony makes this condo a wonderful retreat for families and groups. You'll love relaxing and taking in the fresh air, and you'll be able to relax easily inside thanks to the central air conditioning. The private washer/dryer will take care of the day's clothes so you can relax. The full kitchen features lovely stone countertops in addition to a French door refrigerator and a spacious breakfast bar with room for three guests to enjoy a casual meal. The incredibly spacious main bedroom features extra seating, a private entrance to the balcony, and a lovely en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. When everyone's ready to turn in, just close the room darkening shades and enjoy a restful sleep. Guests of this condo can enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, fitness room, and much more.

Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, just under one mile away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers wonderful views of the Gulf. Guests will be surrounded by many local restaurants serving local seafood, including Montego Bay Seafood House & Oyster Bar and Firefly (both just five miles away). Guests who brought their clubs will appreciate being just over four miles from the Holiday Golf Club.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

amazing view,

this unit was very clean, and the view was beautiful. the beds were comfortable and was able sleep good. my only complaint is the elevator situation, if stay here be prepared to have a long wait time for one, and be prepared for it to be over crowded. if you can get over that you will have an amazing stay

Beautiful and Spacious

Loved the decor and all of the available kitchen cookware. We stayed in most of the trip as my mother has stage 4 cancer and had asked to go to FL one last time. We took a lounge chair and let her stay out on the large balcony and enjoy watching the beach and listening to the waves. The shower was great being a walk-in and large enough for her shower chair. The whole unit was large enough to use her rolling walker very easily anywhere she wanted to go. She raved about how beautiful it was and how relaxing her stay was…that was the whole point of our trip. It was perfect!

Relaxing stay

The condo was good and spacious for us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the beautiful view of the beach. The master bath is big with soaking tub and separate shower. Plenty of linens. Overall perfect place for us. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Minus some issues great unit

The unit was very clean and inviting! At one point during our stay both toilets were not working properly but one toilet was replaced during our stay so we were happy about that! Sucked that my family of 4 had to share one toilet for 8 nights though…this is why we didn’t book a hotel because we needed to space for our children! Other than that the unit was okay! Unit owners should really speak to Tidewater management about possibly replacing all elevators or adding more because we waited an hour for an elevator on several occasions and the stairs were not an option being that we were on the 9th floor!

Wonderful

The check in and out process was very simple! Employees are nice and property manager cares about customer satisfaction. The only issue we experienced was waiting 20-30 minutes for elevators… which I heard they are renovating soon!

VERY SPACIOUS!!!!! The view from the master bedroom is AMAZING! To wake up and see the ocean 1st thing is awesome! This condo was one of the nicest we've stayed in and we vacation in PCB twice a year! Loved, loved, LOVED IT!!!

Room was great

Room was great. Decorated nicely. Updated appliances...gulf views from the Master Bedroom with balcony access from the Bedroom. Room itself was nice, but Tidewater still has elevator problems...would recommend rooms on low floors..nine is the highest I would go.

Great Resort

All in All it was a great Vacation. I do not recommend the restaurant on the premises. Only Family there for breakfast and took 10 minutes for drink order and a half hour for meal. Also charge large group gratuity for a family of 5. Even there on websight says 6 or more. Food was average. Condo was 5 stars.

Roomy and comfortable with good decorations

I was very comfortable staying on 908. However, the washer and dryer need maintenance. And the master bath shower definitely needs maintenance. The shower head leaks terribly.

Great beach. Horrible elevators.

We enjoyed our stay except for the elevators. We were on the 9th floor and would wait 30 to 60 minutes for an elevator. We spent way too much time waiting on elevators. It impacted us every time we left the condo.

Beautiful condo

Everything was absolutely amazing! The only problem we had was the elevators- they were terrible. We were on the 9th floor and had to take the stairs to our room cause the wait time on elevators were at least 20-30 minutes. The condo was amazing, the view on the balcony, the staff was absolutely amazing! Those elevators will probably be a reason I won’t be back here. Maybe on a non busy time there I will come back. Loved the location!

Home away from home

Super spacious. Everything was updated. Perfect view of the beach and of Front Beach Rd. Issues we had was the elevators took FOREVER! And we weren’t allowed to park our bikes that we towed from home to ride and had to pay for parking on deck and to park our 3 bikes in another location offsite. We paid almost $700 for just one night. But the condo itself was beautiful and the staff were friendly.

We stayed in the condo for spring break. We love the Tidewater because of the location and beach service. The worst part about Tidewater are the elevators. The wait times are outrageous! There’s always an elevator broken. You don’t want to stay on a high floor because there are a lot of times you need to take the stairs. This is the first 2 bedroom condo we have rented. The space was awesome. The amenities were good. The kitchen was well stocked. The view from the balcony is amazing. The appliances were great. The unit could use some upgrades. The water pressure in the showers were terrible. It took forever to take a shower. The master bathroom sink leaks all over the countertop. The master bedroom bed was uncomfortable. We really liked the 2 bedroom unit, but will probably pick a different one next year.

Location is great but had some issues

Since our vacation is now over I would like to go over a few issues in unit 908. The elevators are awful! We waited over a hour one night just to get on an elevator to go to dinner. When we arrived the condo hadn’t been cleaned very well. The bedroom with two beds had trash from previous renters under the dresser and beds. The master bedroom had fruit loops under the bed where you could see them. The master bathroom shower had the previous renters pubic hairs all in the shower. The bathtub had sand all in it. I literally had to clean the them before we could use them. The washer and dryer makes a horrible squeaky noise which is unbearable so we had to unfortunately take lots of dirty clothes home to wash.

Very clean! Would definitely stay here again!

We've stayed at Tidewater several times and this is probably the cleanest place we've stayed in. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels, although we did have to do laundry a few times to have enough throughout the stay. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of dishes etc, however we don't usually use much of the kitchen when we vacation, we bring paper plates and such. Washer and dryer did fine, the dryer gets a little loud and squeaky, but it dries fine. Elevators at Tidewater aren't always the quickest, but just plan when you need to come and go. Check in/out times are busy, as well as when people leave for dinner. The layout is great, especially for two families. It was us 4 (kids 4&6) and my in laws. They took the bigger room, we had the room with two queens. There's a door to the bathroom from the room and from the hallway. There weren't really any negatives, just a few things that could make it even better- I would suggest putting blackout curtains in the second bedroom. The lights from outside and first morning sun were bright. It's personal preference of course, our kids are used to darker rooms at naps/bedtime so we hung up extra beach towels. Thicker bedding or extra blankets, the white throw on top wouldn't stay on for nothing, it just slid off every night. Plan on getting bags of ice or bringing ice packs, the freezer didn't make much ice. The balcony could use a new rug. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay in this unit again!

Charged for Everything but oxygen

Loved? not hardly, room was nice. but here are the problems. 1. After paying almost $400 a night, a registration fee was charged, for bands and FREE parking. 2. NO toilet paper left in the room, 2 bedrooms, none there, went to the desk, they sent me to 1st floor and could care less, 1st floor (vacasa) responded with, maybe you should visit Walmart, after scrounging up a very cheap roll, 1 roll, 2 bathrooms with 1 roll, hmmm. 3. Ice machine in the fridge was emptied and turned off, if I wanted ice, had to pay $4.50 a bag from downstairs, or .50 a cup full. Even the cheapest I have ever stayed at had an ice machine. 4. The room payment and balance was taken out 2 days before we even checked in, that would have been nice to know before my card was declined at lunch on Wednesday since I didn't check in till Friday. 5. Tidewater Beach Resort rentals include complimentary beach service seasonally??? I am guessing that is not chair rentals, that was another $110 a day since we paid with credit card. 6. Work out area, my 15 year old son, almost 16, was rudely asked to leave since he wasn't 18. 7. Out of the 3 tv's in the room, only 1 got more than 1 channel, no use in complaining about it since we were there for 1 night. These are the things you will need to look out for staying here, hope this helps, will I rent here again?? No thanks.

The floors were so bad, need to be cleaned and mopped badly The Keurig does not work at all it’s super slow and old and needs to be replaced took about 30 mins just to work Other than that everything was great!
