Beautiful two bedrooms apartment close to Hotel de Ville, second floor without elevator, featuring elegant decoration: In a large living space facing the street:







  • An open and fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything necessary for cooking.


  • A dining area with a large table, 6 chairs and buffet.


  • A living room with a sofa bed for 1 adult, two armchairs, coffee table, HD TV with DVD player, stereo, internet access / WiFi. Cupboard


  • 1st bedroom with a bed of 160 cm * 200cm and chair. Window overlooking the living room.


  • 2nd bedroom with a bed of 160 cm * 200cm, armchair. Second day window overlooking a private corridor


  • Corridor with a laundry with a combo washer-dryer and a large dressing.


  • Shower Room: with shower, sink, hairdryer. WC.






The linen is provided. Iron and ironing board. Electric heating. Vacuum.





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.





- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

The check in process was great, Gregory was brilliant and really helpful with good top tips for our stay. The area was great too and we loved the apartment, immaculate front hall and well refurbed and maintained. We would def return!

Weekend in Paris

The location of this property is excellent. Fun, trendy area to explore. Communication with property manager was quick and seamless. Very responsive. Apartment is very welcoming with ambience vibes. Careful with wood flooring it’s old and it does snag socks and give off slivers. Recommend wearing shoes. Also bathroom has two lights switches. One doesn't work and the other kept falling off.

We loved this neighborhood!

Starting off with the only negative part of this review… when the taxi dropped us off on Rue De Velerie we weren’t 100% positive we were in the right place. So we stood around for a bit until Gregory reached out with the door code. One suggestion would be to include a picture of the door or small cafe next door just so future visitors know they are at the right place. Other than the initial worry that we were not in the correct location, this property was great. The pictures of the exposed beams and wooden floors were accurate. The apartment is very charming. The beds were comfortable enough. For 4 adults who spent most of our time exploring the city this place never felt crowded. Everything was clean and tidy. The neighborhood is amazing. There are some great authentic feeling cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The museum of modern art is close by, the Louvre isn’t far. The narrow windy streets of this neighborhood were fun the explore and everyone was very friendly and patient with us when speaking what little French we know.
