Boyne Falls Chateau

This nice secluded home is on a wooded lot located across from Boyne Mountain Resort in Boyne Falls and only 6 miles from downtown Boyne City. Very comfortable home with three bedrooms and a loft and 2 full bathrooms. There are fabulous restaurants in the area but if you prefer to eat in the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for preparing meals.

Close to Walloon, Petoskey, Gaylord and Charlevoix. Great for skiiers, snowmobilers, family vacation, friends, couples or anyone who wants to enjoy the events and festivals in the area. Perfect spot to enjoy the fall colors of northern Michigan. Beautiful Lake Charleviox is only 12 minutes away. Deer Lake is 6 minutes away and has a beach area and kayak rentals. This area has fantastic bike trails and a 6.5 mile bike trail from Boyne Mountain to Boyne City. Avalanche Mountain has great mountain biking trails, disc golf and hiking with beautiful scenic views at the top. In addition to skiing Boyne resort offers golf, tennis, Avalanche Bay water park, zip lining and a day spa. Take a chair lift ride to the top and enjoy the views.

Everything was great, they don’t have central air and with the heat this summer it was very hot otherwise perfect!

Great stay

Really pretty view, we enjoyed the deck and had everything we needed. It does get warm without AC but the fans keep it nice and breezy. We stayed with my parents, my 2 year old and my husband and we all had more than enough space. Thank you Helena!

Lovely stay in Boyne Falls

We had a great time! Property manager was quick to help when we had questions. Beautiful sunset views. Only issue we had was the house did not have A/C and this was not in the listing.

Boyne Falls Retreat

Excellent accommodations loved the vacation home - it was a really nice set up with the big family room/kitchen/dining room combo. Made it easy to hang out and talk with everyone. The location was really nice - walking distance to Boyne and short drives to Boyne City/Petosky. Lots of nice nature preserves and beaches close by! Need more towels and please don’t have flannel sheets on the beds in the summer. Grill might be looked at for a cleaning. One more, spray around foundation for unwanted visitors.

Awesome #puremichigan Getaway!

We enjoyed everything about our long weekend stay here! The house was clean,neat and comfy cozy, inside and out. The view of the sunset from the deck was fantastic, and we enjoyed starting our mornings out there too, sipping our coffee and taking in the view of Boyne Mountain. I only wish we had more days just to relax--we kept very busy dining and shopping in Boyne City and Charlevoix, going to the beach on lovely Lake Michigan, and hiking on trails through the woods. The house had plenty of room for our family of 6, both bathrooms and bedrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen. I can't think of a single bad thing to say. Highly recommend!

Great place to get away from it all but yet close enough to all the things that northern Michigan has to offer! Enjoy the peacefulness and the beauty of the trees surrounding you but yet only a short drive to many poplar towns like Boyne City, Walloon Village, Petoskey, Charlevoix, Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island.
