We really enjoyed our stay at Heidi’s Haus. The house was very comfortable, and everyone loved the open layout. The rooms were clean, stocked with just the right amount of amenities, and loved the mountain views from our rooms. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back!

Very conveniently located next to the alpine slides and a super short drive to the village. The inside was extremely clean and we had zero issues with the TV’s or anything inside. We did have ants in both bathrooms but they were small and easy enough to deal with. Property appeared as advertised and would definitely return.

Plenty of space and fun activities to do at the cabin. Very clean and cozy. Excellent communication with the owner as well

Home was beautiful, comfortable and well prepared for our stay. However, we did not use the spa because when I turned it on the water became very murky. I am a spa owner and was uncomfortable with what encountered.

Perfect Cozy Getaway

Heidi’s Haus has everything you need to enjoy a getaway in the mountains but still be a short drive away from the village. Check-in was easy and everything matched the description online. We enjoyed the grill, jacuzzi, and a fully stocked kitchen. We were never in need of anything and it was the perfect escape for a group of friends and family. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, with many dining options nearby. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you, Heidi!

Family weekend trip

The location of this property was perfect for us. The hot tub wasn’t working and it really needs a serious deep cleaning. But we still enjoyed our trip.

Overall we had a nice time. We loved that the cabin had a crib, high chair, and a few toddler utensils available. We spent a lot of time on the deck looking at the trees, squirrels, and birds. The hammock that was featured in the photos was taken down and when we asked about it, they said it was broken and they hadn’t replaced it. I wish I had known that before booking, as that was one of the main attractions that drew me to this cabin. All of the outdoor patio furniture cushions were wet, so we were not able to use those. Thankfully we brought camping chairs of our own so we were able to use those to enjoy the views. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood, and close to town. My kids loved the cabin and we made some good memories on our trip.

Family get away

This property was great. The problem I have is that I was charged $800 more dollars then the receipt from VRBO stated and I am having difficulty getting anything resolved.

Everything was wonderful except: -BBQ lid is disconnected and poses a safety hazard. -kitchen Florescent light was burned out -oven light was burned out -range hood/microwave light was burned out -no beach towels Provided for the jacuzzi and only 1 bath towel per person provided.

Good space & location but overly scented sheets

Good space & location. The wifi was spotty the tv would go out every hour or so. The beds are all VERY high… maybe a place for extra tall people. The linens and blankets had a VERY strong detergent scent that stayed on your fingers and clothes. The dryer didn’t dry our laundry after 3 hours of trying to dry.

Short Version: Quintessential cabin both in look and feel, very clean, and well equipped! Very pet friendly. Would highly recommend it; would stay again!Long Version:Beautiful inside and outside…a true mountain cabin. Nice elevated deck…even with a pet gate.Very clean and well kept!Super well equipped…even things like an umbrella, windshield ice scraper/brush, baby high chair, and good storage in bedrooms, kitchen and garage. Furnishings and set up are aesthetically, pleasing and functional. Nicely accessorized with very appropriate mountain cabin details!Pac-Man game table was a nostalgic blast!Digital game table was super fun!!!Kitchen was very complete with kitchenware. Even had a Keurig coffee maker, electric water heater for tea, le cresuet Dutch oven stock pot. Kitchen knives need to be sharpenedMicrowave stove top light needs to be replaced to provide better cooking lighting. Central heat is excellent… But you better know how to use a nest thermostat :-/Nice TVs with good access to online entertainment providers. Gas fireplace is easy to use… But the artificial logs could be upgraded. Nice to have access to an enclosed garage… especially when it’s snowing. I saw there was even a 220/240 outlet for an EV- Hot tub was clean and easy to use.- Nice to have a washer/dryer…but dryer takes LONG time-Flooring worked well for dog-Festive outdoor string lights…tho rear lights not working

Pretty good…

The property was nice. Some issues…they need a new couch badly. It’s very worn and broken down, with stains and ants. There were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms, but there was ant spray. The beds were all very high and difficult for vertically challenged people to get into and out of. As well, the towel rack was broken in the master bath with a picture on the floor. The other very bad thing about the property is that the floor is very loud when people walk on it so plan on all three rooms going to bed at the same time. The dryer took five cycles to dry one small load of clothes. On a positive, it’s nicely decorated, clean, and larger than it appears in pictures. The beds, when you can get in them, are comfortable and the bedding is nice.
