Pool View Condo with all NEW Interior furnishings and finishes

Super clean and 100% remodeled w/all new furniture. We love the location of this 2nd floor condo close to elevator BUT you cannot hear the elevator. 2 BD, 1.5 BA Will sleep 6 as we have a pullout couch but 4 comfortably. Patio is cozy with entry off of patio and the master bedroom. Electric BBQ, view over looking the pool and clubhouse. This development is very quiet. We do have a golf cart/motorcycle parking slot AND a covered car stall. Interior is all tile.

Great place

Nice, newly furnished apartment with everything you need. Convenient location and easy communication with the host. Can only recommend.

Stay was OK

The property was locate in a good location close to everything anyone would want, stores, bars, etc. The grounds, spa and pool was well maintained. The condo needed some attention. The toaster only toasted one side of the bread. The living room drapes needs to be replaced, some of the veins are missing. The master bedroom drapes needs to have a blackout option. The shower doors are hard to slide, needs to be fixed or replaced. The smoke detector in living room was chirping every 20 seconds during our last two nights. The batteries need to be replaced every year!

Exceptional!

This is a lovely and quiet condo complex. The decor and comfort of the unit was great. This owner has thought of everything someone would need! Delisa is an exceptional host, easy to get ahold of, and went over and above during my stay. I highly recommend working with her and staying at this unit and location.

Great experience

DeLisa and her property couldn’t have been better. Any issues were quickly handled with tact and care. The community is quiet, and there are no outside disturbances. Everyone we encountered on the property was exceptionally nice. The condo is beautiful. Updated appliances, comfortable decor and furniture. This was my home away from home for 7 weeks and it was perfect.

For starters, we LOVE Arizona, the desert and the sunshine!! We live in Washington part time and Arizona the other part of the time. We have a home as well in Estrella Mountain Ranch which we spend much of our time at when we are not home Selling real estate in the Pacific Northwest.

Fantastic location between Phoenix and Sedona. Close enough proximity to the ball fields,
Top Golf and many attractions. Sun City Grand is also part of the membership here which offers 4 golf courses, restaurants and a wonderful community in general.
