Die Lage der Wohnung ist für einen Aufenthalt in Paris sehr gut.Die Bilder sind beschönigend.Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile lässt zu wünschen übrig. Billigstes Besteck, schmutzige Gläser und modriger Geruch.Das zweite Zimmer ist im Keller kein Fenster nur eine Lüftung. Die ersten drei Tage konnten wir diesen nicht nutzen, da es erbärmlich gestunken hat. Da war wohl vorher ein Problem mit der Abwassertechnik. Erst nachdem wir komplett gelüftet haben, war es erträglich.Es sollte dringend durchgehend entlüftet werden.Die Badezimmer sind renoviert.

This property had 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. The outside building and inside foyer need some work. The location was excellent with numerous restaurants nearby. Stocked well but could use some where to hang towels. The rug in livinroom could be cleaned or replaced. The only downside was there is a terrible musty smell especially in basement,

Good

It was a good stay for our family of four. Good location. The stairs to the basement were a bit steep and tight. The basement was spacious and cool for the July heat, however it was damp feeling. Communication with property manager was good as well.

Absolute nightmare!!!

When we arrived at the property and walked in, the first thing that you noticed was the smell of mustiness. Basically smelled like a musty cave. When we went downstairs (which by the way is a spiral staircase) the downstairs had yellow water on the floor and the walls were wet and damp. We called the property managers and explained to them there was a leak and the smell was horrible and asked to be moved to a different property. Instead, they sent 2 guys to fix the leak and clean it up quickly and said the maid would come by the next day to clean it up. The toilet upstairs was directly above the leak so I'm pretty sure it was toilet water. Since no one called back with another property, We were forced to spend the night upstairs with a small portable air conditioning unit which did not have a hose to vent outside so the hot air was just blowing out the backside of it. By the next morning, I once again tried to call to see if we could get another property since I had a bad asthma attack that night with the mustiness, and was told someone would call me right back which nobody ever did. We moved out by 10am that next morning and found another property on our own since we had no help. I went in person to urban flats to complain in person but was only given a 1-800 number to call once I got home as well as an email to contact them. Once home, I did send an email with pictures but no one has ever responded. Stay away from this property or anything managed by Urban flats

Great Location

Great location and walkable or easy access to metro stops. The bathroom downstairs is a shower and sink only and the spiral staircase is tight space. There is extra toilet and vanity on main level in addition to the bathroom off the bedroom. It was a bit tight for 4 adults just due to not wanting to haul luggage down the spiral staircase. Otherwise wonderful space and main level access was very convenient.

Appartements super bien situé, fonctionnel (deux salles de bains), au calme, pas loin des commerces et restaurants. Légèrement humide car chambre au sous sol.Agence de location très professionnelle, possibilité de gardiennage des bagages, personnel compétent.

Great apartment for a family

I was traveling with my 76 year old mother and 3 teenage children. The apartment was roomy and had more than one bath which was super nice. It was close to several Subway stations, food, and groceries. The neighborhood felt safe with lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean. The only SMALL complaint was it needed a little bit of TLC. The dining table was very wobbly and i was concerned it would come apart. Some tile, hooks, and faucets were loose and the foosball table was broken. Just little things like that. I suspect they may have had some disrespectful tenants in the past. All together we had a wonderful and comfortable stay in Paris and i would be happy to stay in this apartment again.

Wunderschöne Tage in Paris

Wir hatten unvergesslich schöne Tage in Paris, unter anderem auch, wegen der tollen Ferienwohnung im Herzen der Stadt! Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen, abends entspannt flanieren… kein Problem! Trotzdem ruhig und kühl. Es war schön, abends in ein sauberes „Zuhause“ zu kommen und zu chillen… auch perfekt für Urlaub mit Teenagern durch ein separates Untergeschoss mit eigenem Bad und TV. Reichlich Bettwäsche und Handtücher und Geschirrtuch,Abspülschwamm… sehr praktisch. Check in und Kommunikation mit der Vermietercrew sehr unkompliziert und super freundlich und schnell per WhatsApp!!! Einfach nur zu empfehlen!!!
