Make your way to emerald blue waters and sweet sunshine here in Panama City Beach and relax in style at Restoration by the Sea! Sitting right across the street from the beach and in the heart of all of the action, you will have your own private oasis in the midst of the city. When you enter the home, you will be greeted by beachy decor, bright pastel paint in each room, and three levels to accommodate the whole family. When you need to grab a bit of fresh air, step out to the patio with a favorite drink in hand or the balcony to watch the sun go down. Plus, you can easily spend dreamy days by the shared pool as the kids play Marco polo nearby!

The layout of this getaway is perfect for large groups of friends, as the first level is home to the open living, dining, and kitchen areas as well as a half bathroom. The second level has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, and access to the deck! Two additional bedrooms (queen bedroom and bunk bedroom) are also located on this level. The third level has the last bedroom with two queen beds and a back deck overlooking the Villas of Panama community pool (as well as a great view of the Gulf).

What's nearby:
There is nothing quite like a vacation to Panama City Beach, as you will have plenty of activities for every guest to enjoy. When you want to get a taste of sandy toes and warm water, the beach is right across the street, so you can easily bring a cup of coffee down to the sand each morning. If the kiddos have come along, local attractions such as Race City (two miles), ZooWorld Zoological and Botanical Conservatory (two miles), and Gulf World (six-and-a-half miles) will be a hit. Be sure to check out St. Andrews State Park (three miles) for stunning views of the coast and calm trails that the whole family can enjoy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
