A constant transformation of the house and its ambience happens throughout the day utilizing the patterns,textures and the orientation of the volumes that compose all of its surfaces with the sunligh as protagonist

A Little Slice of ParadiseThis modern tiny home is perched on a rustic, absolutely stunning cliffside, offering something that is increasingly hard to find: true peace, quiet, and solitude. Surrounded by beautiful oleander, bougainvillea, bird of paradise, and bottle-brush bushes, the property has several lovely sitting areas where you can simply settle in, listen to the surf, and take in the incredible setting.The beach is steps away. The sound of the surf is your constant soundtrack, day and night. There’s something incredibly special about waking up to it, swimming in the sea, and then wandering back up to one of the patios to read, relax, or simply stare at the water.The location feels wonderfully remote and private, yet it’s an easy drive to groceries and charming seaside restaurants. So you get the best of both worlds: complete escape without being completely cut off.The host is charming, warm, and welcoming, and clearly loves the area. Their knowledge of the local beaches, restaurants, and things to do was an added bonus.The property has an almost comical assortment of beach and water toys—from stand-up paddle boards, snorkelling equipment, kayaks, and toys. It’s clear that the goal is simply to make it easy for guests to enjoy the sea.We absolutely loved our time here. If your idea of luxury is solitude, nature, the sea at your doorstep, beautiful gardens, and the sound of waves 24/7, This is the place.

Seaside Beach House

We stayed there for 6 nights and it was perfect. The property is slightly over sea level and going down a couple of steps you have a direct access to the water. Michael is a great host, always available and with recommendations for the area. The house us completely equipoed and additionally there are a lot of water and beach equipment you are free to use. Clear and warm water, nearly no waves and much things to see and explore. Highly recommendable.

An original mobile home with a private pebbled beach

The owner Michael, was a generous, caring and reactive host . We stayed in his house for 4 days. There was food in the fridge and cupboards and the house was fully equipped. We had free access to Michael's paddle boards and kayak boats. The view was great. We could not hear the road too much and our neighbours we shared the little beach and outdoor areas with were very quiet and discreet. A great place to visit the pittoresque Pelion mountain villages. Not suitable for families with young children.

Just wonderful!

The host was very nice, helped us a lot and helped us also with our luggage. He was there in a few minutes when we needed him. The water from the beach was so clear and we had so many options for activities in the water which he made available for us. At the beach itself weren't many people. All together I just can say that we definitely want to come back!

Kato Gatzea

Toller , hilfsbereiter Host, der sich sehr gekümmert hat ( frische Feigen, Wein, Ausflugstips) und wunderschöner Ort. Der direkte Meerzugang und die SUPs und Kajaks, die zum Haus gehören, sind großartig. Das Haus selber ist sehr durchdacht und praktisch eingerichtet, allerdings hellhörig und die oberen Schlafräume sind nur durch Rollos abgetrennt.

This is a wonderful, peaceful place. Michel and his family are very nice, so we had beuatiful days in Gato gatzea. We will come back!
