2 story 5 bedroom (6 beds) 4 full bath home close to beaches, stores and Cape Harbour
on the canal with boat access, fish from the private dock, outdoor grilling, southern exposure for beautiful afternoon sunsets

Master suite(king bed) and two other bedrooms(both queen beds) on the first floor.

Two bedrooms on the second floor. One with a king bed and the other with two twins.

Lanai covered pool and hot tub with an out door bathroom. This vacation home in the best area in SW Cape Coral come and enjoy fabulous vacation in Florida , walking Destin to all fun areas bars restaurant grocery store and more

Absolutely no parking on grass. Parking in driveway and street only.

Fantastic communication. The location is perfect as well. It was low key, 8 family members celebrating a birthday.

Unfortunate timing

With hurricane Ian hitting about a month after we booked, the property had lingering damage 6 months later. The dock garbage was in the driveway and yard and the lanai for the pool was still missing. There were attachments (like screws but dull) sticking out of the tile around the outside edge of the pooldeck. The house itself was clean and had plenty of space. The property manager was very responsive as well. Would consider giving it another chance.

Great home & location

My husband and five of his friends stayed here. They loved it. The place was great overall and pictures were accurate. They loved the pool and spent much more time there than they anticipated. Rented a pontoon. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The Hurricane of Fall 2022 barely affected this property. They want to stay there again.
