Great location. Beds were super comfortable. The pool is a great size. It’s a little far from the Gulf and boat ramps. We didn’t have a lot of success with fishing at our dock (mostly catfish), but there was plenty of dock space for our 2 boats. However, great fishing at other houses docks in the area. Beautiful sunsets. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Amazing family vacation home!

This home exceeded our expectations!! The inside was beautifully decorated and the bedrooms were perfect for our family. The pool and the Dock area was where we spent every day!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to have family dinners several nights! The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful on the canal! We would definitely book this home again!

Great time with friends and family!

Loved the location. We had a group of 8 and the house accommodated us very well. The house had anything we would need including a place to put the boat rental. Jayson was very responsive to anything we needed.

Beautiful home with wonderful host

We used this home for a multi-generation family spring break. The house is really well stocked for all ages. We used the main floor master for our elderly grandfather, and the kids loved the upstairs room with a very fun loft, bunkbeds and balcony. We barely ate out - the kitchen has everything you need in terms of cookware. And a grill in the backyard. This house was also really well stocked with bikes, pool and beach supplies which made the beach easy to enjoy. We also used the bikes. Pool was amazing and so much fun. It has an outdoor bathroom too for the pool which we loved. Appreciated the big basket of pool towels by the door. We brought two small dogs and felt like they were very welcome in this home. Host Jayson was so friendly and accessible. Made great takeout recommendations which were spot on. The dock is so beautiful by the water and we used it every night for sunsets. We enjoyed everything about this house and hope to come back. Thank you Jayson!

Amazing home with boat dockage

This house is just what it says in the listing and more! We had a family vacation with our children and grandchildren. The house is open and airy and everyone had lots of room. The 3 adult couples each had their own King size beds with a bathroom and our kids all had a bed. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you would need. The back patio and pool and dock area provided lots of entertainment and beautiful sunsets. We had two boats and the dock was so nice to be able to have our boats right there so we could see them. Great area for vacation with boating and fishing. We boated out to Sanibel and Captiva Islands and it was just gorgeous. The host Jayson was amazing and very timely and receptive to any questions about the area. We will all remember this amazing home and the memories we made for a lifetime. We even booked a photographer and had family pictures made on the beach. The house was clean and well stocked and I highly recommend if your looking for a great home.

Great Property

Dream view

Our two families enjoyed a wonderful Spring Break week. The house has all the amenities you would need. The pool is large and the deck that accommodates many people. The dock has great views and is a sneaky good spot to fish from. Jayson is a wonderful host and is very responsive.

Nice Property and Nice Neighborhood

The house was as pictured and had a good bedroom arrangement for our visiting family members. Our grandchildren loved the kid's bedroom and the loft area. During our visit we contacted the host with a few questions/concerns and they were responded to in a very timely manner. We had a pre-visit inquiry about a safe on property, which there wasn't, but the host had one installed which was very securely attached. We truly appreciated it. The adults especially enjoyed having a drink on the dock at sunset as we watched boaters returning from a day on the water. Many pleasant greetings were exchanged. And early on during our visit we saw a manatee with a calve swimming in the canal.

Wonderful Property

The home was beautiful inside and out and Jayson could not have been more helpful and accommodating during our stay. Rooms were spacious and everyone had a TV and bathroom for themselves. We would have been happy to stay put the entire time due to the views of the water, the dock, pool, areas to lounge and overall comfort. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed. Tina and Frank

Beauty peace and Tranquility

We were able to completely relax and renew at this beautiful place. Even with not so perfect weather we had everything we needed and took advantage of all this home has offer. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing and watching the sunsets❤️

Holiday stay

The property was absolutely beautiful! We were traveling with two families - total of 7 people (kids 16, 13 and 10). The home was perfect! Everyone had their own room and plenty of space. The property itself was gorgeous and despite the cold weather the kids loved the pool! Convenient location and the communication with the property manager / home owner was excellent! Would definitely recommend

Amazing!!

I really don't want to tell how great it is because I want to keep it to myself! Seriously though, it was so great. Location was perfect and wildlife everywhere. Beautiful view from the pool area where we spent 95% of the time! Can't wait to return.

Pretty house and location but needs maintaining.. BAD

the property is nice, property manager was diligent. When we arrived, one of the AC’s wasn’t cooling and the pool was green. I messaged the property manager and he took care of everything fast! He was great. Unfortunately there were roaches daily in the house, my son was sleeping and a roach was crawling on him (on the bed). When you pay this much to stay somewhere you expect more than a roach infested house. Overall our trip was good, would I recommend this particular property to family or friends? My answer is NO, I would never rent this property again.

Great stay!

Great location! Enjoyed coffee on the dock. The boys fished off the dock daily. Plenty of room for 2 families. The kids room with the “look out tower” that my boys called it was perfect! We rented a boat and was easily docked next to the house. Any questions I had prior to staying was answered within minutes! Thank you!!

Wonderful house-awesome vacation

We just got back from a 7 day stay at this wonderful house. Our grown kids and spouses stayed. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room to spread out and have privacy. The location and views were perfect. We ended up only going to the beach once because we had such a good time just hanging out at the house. The pool was great, fishing was awesome right there. There was lots to do and backyard was quiet. Would definitely stay again at this house! Highly recommend!

The best view EVER!

Beautiful home situated on an amazing lot! Loved watching the boat traffic and hearing the birds and frogs in the mangroves at night. Incredible view from almost every room! The home was large but still had that cozey homey feel. Enjoyed every minute! Jayson was super great with communication also!
