Welcome to Phoenix East 1503, a bright and breezy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with 1,005 sq. ft. of beachfront comfort in Orange Beach, Alabama. With panoramic Gulf views, a fully equipped kitchen, and resort-style amenities, this condo is the perfect retreat for families and small groups—sleeping up to 9 guests.

The Space – Sleeps 9 Comfortably
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, flat-screen HDTV, and private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Twin-over-Full bunk bed plus an additional Full-size bed, HDTV—perfect for kids or multiple guests.
Living Room: Sleeper sofa and floor-to-ceiling windows opening to a furnished Gulf-front balcony.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, cookware, utensils, and everything needed to dine in comfort.
Laundry: In-unit side-by-side washer and dryer for your convenience.
Parking: Two (2) parking passes available for purchase via email link; pick up at the front desk.

Note: A sliding glass door replacement project is scheduled January–July 2025, which may impact balcony access.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes available maximum for this unit. $55 each to be purchased on site. Not included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Unit was mostly good but bed in master bedroom was terrible! Bed was so hard we had to sleep in bunk bed in second bedroom. Mattress must be replaced before I would ever rent again.

I have no complaints about anything - condo was clean. I went at a different time of year so it was cooler than normal and that was the only drawback which had nothing to do with the room or location. I only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the beach a little longer.

Not as advertised

Unit was very clean but very outdated. Plumbing needs lots of work and the floors need to be replaced. Was well stocked with all essentials in kitchen and bedrooms. Would be a very good property with an update and some needed repairs.

The property was just as described, the view is amazing, nice and clean, plenty to do in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo, the staff there was awesome and friendly. Nice and clean, easy parking, beautiful views just as photos show. Not a huge deal but there should be more than one dish towel and there is not even one dish rag, or dish soap and as we flew in bringing things like that is not easy to carry with you.

Condo was very well appointed. Microwave did not work so that limited our reheating and fan usage.

It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all appliances and needed kitchen items. Only 2 bedrooms not 3. You are on the top floor and the view is beautiful :) Overall very happy.

Everything was very nice except the guest bathroom rug was dirty. Looked like it needed washing. Nice location and furnishings. Would I stay there again, yes if the rug was cleaned. It just made me wonder about what else I was missing.

Nice condo!!!

Very nicely decorated. King bed in master, full and bunks in the other bedroom and both rooms had a private bathroom. My wife and I took our 5 year old and a babysitter. The other room was perfect for them to share so we could have a room of our own. The only negative was lack of a K-Cup style coffee maker (this should be standard in a condo IMO). Other than that all 5 Stars for sure!

Quick trip to the beach

The condo was pretty nice, and the balcony is amazing. The rugs were a little dingy, but it was overall in good shape. One of the beds was made but with no sheets. Luckily the sheets were in the condo, but we didn’t plan to make a bed at the end of the day. We thought there might be coffee filters, and we didn’t realize until after we had already gone to the store.

Disappointing trip

I've never had such a horrible experience with a vacation rental and I have stayed in them for years across various organizations . You are not dealing with a person here. You are dealing with a huge company that does not have time for you. Marijuana smell permeated this rental and I was told by beach ball properties to call the police. Beach ball properties also entered without giving me a warning when I asked for them to do so when there was an issue with the toilet. They are rude and addressed nothing. When I called them they told me that I was threatening them. I was not threatening but I did state that I would need to contact someone about the poor experience. I feel sorry for the person that owns this as I doubt they are alerted to the issues with their rental that they are subcontracting out to beachball.

Good place to stay

It was good and clean. My only complaint is that the bunk bed is a huge liability. The screws on the backside of it are over an inch coming out. It’s so wobbly because of that and concerned me that my 3 and 5 year old were going to fall. One of the steps going up it is super wobbly too. I did not contact owner about it because I’ve tried contacting beachball property in the past and it’s more of a hassle so we just dealt with it.

Condo was clean. Check in was easy and on time. We did have to report the curtain rod being broken. The refrigerator needs to be replaced because it doesn't close all the way unless you push extremely hard. Overall those are small things. It was a great time.

Great place. However , if you know there is no one in the condo, there shouldn't be a reason you couldn't go in before. 4:00 straight up. It would speed things up with carts etc instead of folks waiting with loaded carts. Also. One parking pass should be included in the rental fees that are paid .

Overall Pretty Nice

The condo and the room, overall, was nice. It is t anything extravagant. The room is on the top floor (15th) and that is a long ways up there. If you have issues with heights, this room isn’t for you. Also, there is a brand new building being built right next door with it extremely close to this room and completely eliminates your view down the beach to the west because it is being built closer to the water than this building sits. There really wasn’t anything “wrong” with the room and we would probably stay there again, it just wasn’t the most memorable condo that we have stayed at. Now the area is VERY nice. We have stayed on Navarre Beach a couple of times and this one definitely has more “to do” without being completely overwhelming. Very family friendly. The best restaurant that we tried was definitely The Gulf and that is very close to this building. It’s a must!!! Overall, worth the stay!!

It was great!

Overall I would stay again! It was decorated so beautiful. Beds were comfy. Plenty of kitchen appliances/utensils/etc. Clean for the most part. Our master bedroom was very dusty. I grabbed the lamp and my hand was covered in dust. Otherwise, everything else was very clean. The property managers did not send the door code until I had to call them after we arrived. For being on the 15th floor, the elevators were very quick! We had an amazing time!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Terrible customer service and room was not furnished or clean!

There were no towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, paper towels, and no sheets, blankets, or pillow cases on the beds or in the room at all. Needless to say we didn’t get any sleep. I called and sent an email. A woman from Beachball properties called the next morning at 10:30 saying she was sorry (not offering anything for the miserable inconvenience), and would have housekeeping fix it all. We waited for hours wasting our day because we didn’t want people in our room with no safe. We finally went to the beach only to come back to everything just set inside the room. As much as we paid for housekeeping and we had to put all the bedding on all the beds, toilet paper on, towels up, etc.. There was also dried toothpaste spit on the sink and the shower was nasty. We also had no hot water for showers which was miserable. I called and left a voicemail about it all, and never even got a courteous return call. We cleaned the room better than it was when we got there and I took pics with dates before we left. Customer service is everything! Spend your money at many other condo choices.
